This hotel is absolutely perfect! I really love how clean and fresh. The pleasant scent throughout the property makes it even more welcoming. All the staff are friendly, polite, and always willing to help. We had such a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

Great location, comfortable rooms, varied breakfast with beach view, and very friendly staff.

My stay here was a complete disaster due to two main reasons:appalling service and horrific noise levels. 1. Service: The two women at the front desk were consistently rude and unfriendly. They had a bad attitude from the moment we arrived. 2. Noise: The walls are paper-thin. We were woken up at 8 AM by loud construction noise within the hotel. When I complained at the front desk, the staff lied to my face, claiming the noise was from outside. It was clearly coming from inside the building. The hotel has zero respect for its guests' peace and comfort. The staff's refusal to acknowledge the problem was the final straw. Do not waste your money here.

Great location, Good service and staff

The room, location, service and breakfast are excellent. Well decorated. We loved the breakfast. Location is very close to the pier. Another good thing is that they provide help carrying luggages from and to the pier. But the washroom floor is not properly designed to drain the water. Also they charged extra 800 THB for 10 year old child for one night stay, although I didn’t require extra bed they made it mandatory. That’s not appreciable. Check out time is 11.00 am which seems too early. But they provide luggage storage before departure which is helpful.

This was an amazing hotel and my friend and I really truly loved the experience! It was so clean, smelt amazing and the facilities were incredible. The pool is gorgeous, the restaurant served amazing delicious food that could be sent as room service and the massage parlour nearby was just as wonderful. It's definitely worth a stay and is walking distance to the pier, a fantastic dive shop Island Divers right in front and was easy to get to and from! Big love for this hotel and will definitely come back!

The only upside is its close proximity to the pier. The facilities are quite dated, and the overall environment is very average. If budget isn't an issue, you might consider this place. The children here are exceptionally friendly; they'll proactively greet you, and their eyes are wonderfully clear.

Its location near Tonsai Pier made finding food and activities incredibly convenient. The massages were wonderfully comfortable and stress-relieving. We stayed for three days, and the room was cleaned daily, always spotless and comfortable. Phi Phi Island is truly beautiful and definitely worth a longer stay.

The service was very warm and friendly, and the location was excellent; I was very satisfied with my stay. Breakfast was also fantastic. The hotel facilities were great. Overall, it was very comfortable and convenient. It's just a quick walk from the pier, and shopping is also very accessible.

One of the best hotels in Phi Phi as its just beside Tonsai pier 2 minute walking distance. Major shoutout for the great pool

Amazing we got upgraded to Villa even though we booked the standard room. The decoration for the honeymoon were amazing. We did wake up at midnight to find a cat in the villa which was so cute and adorable. It was clean lovely pool. The food was also delicious and quiet we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended the stuff was super friendly.

The room is clean and spacious. All amenities are complete.

Receptionist were so welcoming and helpful.
