Days Inn by Wyndham Phenix City Near Fort Moore

Service was Excellent, Yasmine at front desk was charming and courteous. Stay was comfortable and close to stores. Yes.

This property needs work. The room was dirty some of the towels were dingy and old. The floors and sink and bathrooms seem to be the only remodeled for the hotel. To be nice location around food and shop areas hotel did not come up to normal standards. The lady at front desk was the nicest and most respectful person.

The night I checked in at the this hotel. Staff refused to look at my reservation and put me in a different room than the one I reserved. The next night hotel management told me they went through my room and it was fault their staff put me in the wrong room! They removed items from the room I was staying in and threw out some of my items. The next morning upon check out the manger told me again everything was my fault. I shouldn’t have taken the room and at least they gave back the items removed from the room. Beware all Military Families and Military never stay at any hotel by Wyndham!! They don’t care about their customers. I should have stayed at Holiday Inn or Marriott!!

Friendly and helpful staff and management, clean rooms and hotel. Came in town for business to stay for a few nights. Clean hotel and rooms and staff answered all my questions and gave me good recommendations! I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable and the owner and staff are very nice and helpful. Beds are wonderful. We stayed in double room (2 beds) had microwave and refrigerator. Very close and convenient to anything you may need. We would stay here again.

Convenient location. Walking distance to walmart, aldi and several restraunts. Was quiet & clean. Which was nice & must. Beds & pillows were comfortable. Ac was cold. Evem though it was December it was needed a couple times to cool room. Refrigerator and microwave in the room was a plus. Front desk staff & owners were very friendly as were the housekeeping staff. Also had a washer & dryer area to use if needed. Only recommendation I habe would be May want to put lil awnings over other entry doors. When it was raining it just pours down of the aluminum roof and lands directly on ur head/body in a noce stream as u are trying to wipe pad dry to use ur door entry card and maybe hot breakfast..a waffle or pancake machine the customers cam operate on own. Have seen them at other hotels and they are fantastic. Will be back again.. Thanks - Ms. K. Bradley
