My ac started going up as controlled outside my room. Without air for 2 hours. Then all of a sudden it gradually started going down an cut back on.

Manager was very rude and unfriendly. I got the impression he didnt like that we booked through *******. Put a hold on our credit card but would not give us a receipt at checkout. Room had many broken things including the fan in the bathroom. Very loud with holes in the grate. Could not turn the light on at night. Lamp shades had holes. Room was very musty and hot. Couldn't adjust the air.....again not working.

This property needs work. The room was dirty some of the towels were dingy and old. The floors and sink and bathrooms seem to be the only remodeled for the hotel. To be nice location around food and shop areas hotel did not come up to normal standards. The lady at front desk was the nicest and most respectful person.

Awful stay!
I was there for 2 days and for some reason it said I was checking out after a day. The Indian woman from the front desk knocked and then took it upon herself to open the door. I told her I was there for 2 days and she did not fix it because housekeeping came later and knocked and said it stated I was checking out. The front desk also harrassed one of my guess coming to visit. I did not feel safe or comfortable there!!! I left early!

The night I checked in at the this hotel. Staff refused to look at my reservation and put me in a different room than the one I reserved. The next night hotel management told me they went through my room and it was fault their staff put me in the wrong room! They removed items from the room I was staying in and threw out some of my items. The next morning upon check out the manger told me again everything was my fault. I shouldn’t have taken the room and at least they gave back the items removed from the room. Beware all Military Families and Military never stay at any hotel by Wyndham!! They don’t care about their customers. I should have stayed at Holiday Inn or Marriott!!
