There's a counter employee. I don't know what's wrong with him. He has a sullen face, doesn't greet guests, doesn't greet customers in the evening, late at night, but in the morning the service is good. I'm confused. He's probably tired. It's 2-3 in the morning and he can't go home. So he has a sullen face. He's not happy working. He's very angry with someone. I'm confused. I stay here all the time. It's clean, close to restaurants, close to 7-Eleven, and has parking. Very convenient. The staff provides good service. I recommend this place. I've stayed here at least 20 times.

City Park is a no frills hotel with large, clean and comfortable rooms. As a traveller its best feature is the large car park just outside the ground floor rooms, making it simple to unload and load my scooter. There are lots of restaurants and stalls within walking distance. This is my favourite hotel in Phattalung and I have stayed here several times already.

There are sports competitions in 2 days. It is very convenient to book this hotel. You can walk across the bridge and go to the meeting place. The room is next to the artificial lake. The bed is large and the bathroom is acceptable, but the water and hot water are unstable. Parking can be stopped at will. It is very good.

The interior design of the hotel is beautiful, room is spacious. Walking distance to local market and restaurants, car parking area is not covered. There are free ride bicycles for hotel guests.

I've stayed at this property four times now, and I've noticed that if I stay for two nights or more, I receive a welcome drink voucher. The last time I received it, I didn't use it, and this time I got it again. When I tried to use it, the staff told me that I could only get a lemonade and that it couldn't be taken away. While I appreciate the gesture, I can't help but wonder why the property doesn't just offer the welcome drink at check in instead of giving out vouchers to use at the Siva Cafe. I also thought I might be able to enjoy a coffee and take it away with me, but that wasn't the case. The property states that they have the final right of interpretation.
