Horrible experience wouldn’t recommend this hotel even to a *********. Payed for a whole week stay and because of a employee error they attempted to charge me extra and forced me out before my receipt departure date. Receipt departure date 10/28/23 today is 10/25/23 I was forced out of my room. When I approached the manager about this issue she had said there was nothing she could do about her employees mistake and I would be forced to pay a additional 100$ or leave. Edith at the front desk is the most horrible and I’ll mannered receptionist I have ever met. Treats paying guest horrible. I don’t understand how someone can be payed to speak to guest the way she does. Lack professionalism to say the least. Mildew smell throughout the hotel. The type of hotel that charges you extra for toilet paper. Won’t ask you if you need clean towels or sheets but will be banging on your door before 11 to make sure your paying or leaving. YOUR OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WILL ALWAYS RELECT MY STAY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. OR STAY AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE

Very rude customer service. Ms. Ochoa had a rude attitude, and always in a bad mood. Also tells guest to buy her things.They should stay home with that attitude. Advised upper management Ms. Richardson and she didn’t care she allows her employees to be rude to guest.

I arrived at the property to be greeted by Ms Dorothy at the front desk. She was kind and offered to go above and beyond what one would expect. The elevator was out of service and my suite was on the second floor. She walked me down to the stairs and offered to help me take my luggage upstairs. She followed me to my car so I know she was serious, lol! The room itself was basic but not bad. The strange thing was the lights, with the exception of the bathroom light, didn't work. The suite had a kitchenette with a sink, full size fridge/freeze, two electric burners. and a large microwave. The good: the trash cans were of a decent size. Some places they are so small. The unexpected: no shampoo, no coffee, no washrags. You could cook in your room, but you better bring your own pots/pans/dishes/silverware. They have a few things for purchase at the front desk if you don't bring your own supplies. WoodSpring provided what I needed: a place to rest and recover from my long drive and my dental surgery at a great price. Overall I would stay here again.

The staff is amazing, Adry made me feel right at home from the minute I walked in the door. She is truly Awsome and Amazing!!! Would definitely return. I am actually thinking of applying for a career

The best place to stay great staff super friendly and helpful the rooms are very clean front desk staff are the best and helpful the manager Mr Dorothy VERY NICE and super helpful I will come back to Woodsprings in Pharr 10/10

Great place to stay: Very clean. Great Price. Addy at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Have a lot of work in the Valley and will be staying here the entire duration. Highly recommend staying here.

I’ve been here at “The WoodSpring Hotel & Suites” off and on for almost three (3) years. I really enjoyed the staff that’s here they’re very nice, the place is very clean and my room is nice and clean. There used to be a manager by the name of Mr. Ramirez that was here at this property that was let go, I personally think it was a big mistake. The whole time that I’ve been here, there’s only been one person that has been very disrespectful toward me and to some of the other customers… I heard she’s the manager of “The WoodSpring Hotel & Suites”, in Harlingen Texas. That lady is very rude! I don’t know her name, but if I did I would definitely identify her here. At the present time this is my home and I really enjoyed staying here, so this would be my home for a bit longer. I would like to recognize Cansas, who works at the front desk and she does a great job.
