The 3-11staff Friendly. I Must Write Extremely Bad Experience. Check In Easy. As Soon As I Went Through The Lock Entrance Door To Access My Room 305. The Elevator Extremely Slow. Upon Entering Was Extremely Dirty. Pieces Of The Fixtures Broken Are Just Completely Missing. Really Did Not Desire To Touch The Buttons To Access The Floors! It Was Not Well Lit Up The Hall. I Finally Arrived At My Room 305 And Easy Key Card Access As Soon As I Opened The Door And Walked In I Stopped Immediately!! The Awful Pungent Gould Odor Of Cheap Males Cologne Axe!! And The Essence Of Musky Mold Permeated The Room! Just Horrible 😞 Then I Was Going bTo The Bathroom Well I Stopped As Well Just To Analyze What Was All Around The Bathtub! What Before My Eyes More Black Mold Extremely Large Amounts!! Then I Was Going To Wash My Hands By That Time I Was Feeling Dirty!! It Was So Nasty It Had Large Amount Of Green Mold Growing All In The Facuets Both The Hot And Cold! Then There Was Something On The Mirror Not Sure What That Was It Was Like Nasty 🤢 The Toilet Was Just As Bad. I Called Front Desk No Answer About 3:00 PM 7/18/2025. Called Several Times . Then Went To Front Desk To Let The Front Desk Agent Know Of The Condition Of The Bathroom As Room. She Said She Would Be Up There To Clean It. She Did Buy Black Mold Was Still Bad As Sink. I Would Of Moved To Another Room. But Was Extremely Tired From My Travels. So I Called Walmart Ordered The Proper Cleaning Supplies And Cleaned it

Muy mala experiencia estuve 7 días el primer día Llegué a la habitación 219 y las camas tenían unos insectos no pudieron cambiar esa noche de habitación al 2 día pedí una vez más cambio de habitación y reporte una fuga de agua y desde las 9 de la mañana que salí y hasta las 7 de la noche no lo habían podido hacer no les importó la fuga de agua de la bañera hasta cerca de las 8:30 me pudieron cambiar de habitación y en la nueva habitación empezó a sonar la alarma de incendio a la 1/2 hora de haberme cambiado no lo pudieron solucionar y tuvieron que quitar el detector de humo para que se quitara la alarma, el día 31 de diciembre para amanecer 1 de enero cerca de las 4 am empezó una mujer a llorar y a gritar se supone que se peleó con su pareja y a los gritos en la parte de afuera del hotel puros gritos y golpeó un carro rompiéndole el medallón trasero y el limpia parabrisas, huele a sucio y a humedad, poca ventilación alguien estaba cocinando y el pasillo olía a feo a grasa horrible, hay personas en horario de atención con muy mala actitud hay un señor que al parecer vive ahí muyyy jetón y otra muy mala encarada y despota y la tal Dorothy tratando de ser amable no te resuelve nada solo se le va en decir lo siento y no sirve de nada. NO LO RECOMIENDO A LOS QUE VAMOS DE VACACIONES A COMPRAR A MCALLEN MUY MAL HOSPEDAJE MALA EXPERIENCIA

Not going back!
It was a not very good service. The room need more cleaning and we had cockroaches in our room. Y’all need more deep cleaning. The from desk were nice at times but not there 24/7.

Had reservations a month early..when we got there they told us they had no rooms available..after i argue with them they have me a room..they never clean my room,i asked for extra towels they said i need pay to have them. I really do not recommend it to no one
