Das war keine Freiheit, das war Gefangenschaft. Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt neben dem Frühstücks- & Aufenthaltsraum. Dort hat Abends eine Großfamilie Geburtstag gefeiert, mit halligalli Kindergeschrei und vor dem Zimmerfenster wurde von einer zweiten Großfamilie gegrillt.
Es klingt absurd, aber ja, das war es auch.
Nachdem wir auf die Probleme hingewiesen haben, konnte keine Lösung gefunden werden, da alle Zimmer ausgebucht waren.
Wir hatten 6 Monate im Voraus gebucht…

Wir waren auf der Durchreise (26.07.-27.07.2024) und brauchten eine Übernachtung. Digitalerer Check-in war problemlos. Das Zimmer (12) mit Bad gegenüber sehr sauber und alles Wichtige vorhanden. Abends konnte man nach einem Spaziergang am Fluss noch aus der Selbstbedienungstheke ein kühles Getränk auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf das Gebirge genießen. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war sehr reichlich und liebevoll angerichtet. Die persönliche Betreuung an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Wirklich empfehlenswert.

Trotz Heizung war das sehr kleine Zimmer sehr kalt, während man auf der Plastikmatratze im eigenen Saft schmorte.

Nachdem im Hotel, in dem ich reserviert hatte, die Rezeption um 23:15 schon zu war, musste ich eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Anruf bei der Wirtin: kein Problem! Zimmer ruhig, gut ausgestattet, sehr gutes Bett, gutes Frühstück- Immer wieder!

their contact less entry to get room key had us waiting outside for more than 2 hours at night in the dark. the screen on the key dispenser showed as 16.10.2023. my reservation was for 15.10.2022. ??? Finally got a passing staff member to assist,(she was not working just driving by) Then we get into room get to bed and *********** sends note that hotel cannot give us a room and reservation has been canceled. ( I paid *********** online , but she canceled it then decided payment next morning . Would not waste your time here
