We have just come back from Azzurro villas Athena no 8 , not sure what the other villas where like but this one is most certainly not a 4star villa as advertised by tui, firstly we arrived late no beds where made up on arrival and it’s shown and advertised as 2 twin rooms and a double , there where no twin rooms, and the furniture was not as advertised in fact it looked like it had new beds in and the bedside tables had gone and replaced by tiny iron things and not dressing table of any sort. The bathrooms where only a 2 star in my opinion the showers are disgusting limescale on the shower head shower door that wouldn’t close shower curtain that didn’t even reach the floor mildew round the bottom of the shower. Outside the hot tub was just water no chemicals in it to keep it clean, and the cats were drinking out of it. The so called grass area was just dirt and loads of cigarette butts all over it, and a broken sun bed and only one brolly between 6 beds, this is not what I call a 4star property.

Booked with TUI and this Villa is advertised as a 4 star on their brochure and all I can say to anyone is do not book it, in its day it probably was a nice villa but as it is now it’s not looked after and it’s starting to show. First thing they should do is remove the hot tub out from the garden because it’s an absolute mess. The place looks like it’s had a slight update with the painting inside but it also looks like it’s been painted by a child, the cooker in the kitchen is damaged the tray in the fridge is damaged, air con unit is held together with sticky tape and plasters the cleaners who get the place ready need to retrained on how to clean and the swimming pool is an absolute disgrace. TUI need to remove this from the options as a place to book.

My girlfriend and I decided to take our first couples holiday together and spent a great deal of time searching Air B and B for a villa with a hot tub, however while there was a hot tub, it was empty and out of action for the winter, which was very disappointing. The welcome pack in the apartment describes an atmosphere of decadence and luxury. The villa itself has many brilliant features and when they were opened over 10 years ago I'm certain that they were luxurious. Sadly now they are not, however for minimal expense and effort they could be, The bathroom tiles need to be re grouted as they are surrounded by mould. The shower screen was disgusting and poorly fitted so the bathroom became a swimming pool each time we had a shower. One of the shower heads was broken and the bed was really quite uncomfortable. The property would benefit from new mattesses and a little updating along with a good scrub. I would warn anybody expecting luxury to look elsewhere.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Azzurro holiday villas in Paphos and I must say, it was an absolutely incredible experience. The villa itself was stunning, with beautiful balconies that overlooked the sea and a personal driveway for added convenience. The pool and jacuzzi were the perfect spots to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the surrounding area. The barbecue area was a standout feature of the villa, providing the perfect setting for a fun and relaxing evening with friends and family. The fully furnished facilities inside the villa were top-notch and gave the place a real homely feel and atmosphere. The ensuite bathrooms were a nice touch and added an extra level of comfort and luxury to our stay. One of the things that really impressed me about Azzurro holiday villas was the close proximity to beaches, shopping facilities, and restaurants. We were never more than a short drive away from everything we needed, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. But perhaps the most impressive aspect of our stay at Azzurro holiday villas was the staff. They were always on hand if we needed anything and their passion for making our stay fabulous was evident in everything they did. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible experience. In summary, Azzurro holiday villas in Paphos is an absolute gem of a place to stay. From the stunning surroundings and luxurious facilities to the exceptional staff and close proximity to all the amenities you could need, it really has it all. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable holiday experience.

Villas were advertised 4 star but were nowhere near Showers were cruddy cockroaches on arrival. Tui 24/7 were useless and no one turned up from the destination team although I requested them. Hot tub not working no table tennis table no videos as no uk satellite either. Complained to tui who insulted me with their offer of compensation. Apparently I was told if I don't feel its enough I can't escalate it within tui I have to go to the small claims court or sue them there's a nice customer approach. What with both flights delayed seats altered. My advice use another tour operator as that's what I will do in future.
