Getting there is quite difficult, as it's essentially located on a banana plantation and not close to the main drag in Coral Bay, so a car is essential. The building is old and in dire need of renovation. The carpeting is no longer acceptable for minimal hygiene standards, and the furniture needs replacing, along with a noisy bed. The power outlets require an adapter. The chipped walls and dirty patches aren't the best. The bathroom is unsightly, with rusty faucets and signs of limescale buildup, an old and dirty mirror, and grout lines that probably haven't been cleaned in a while. I paid for a sea view room, but the sea is far away. There's also no elevator, so if you have bulky luggage, you'll have to climb a narrow and uncomfortable staircase, passing through abandoned furniture in the hallway. Wi-Fi isn't always available. The windows haven't been cleaned in ages. Breakfast is exclusively English; forget about a cappuccino. The pool is in a rather rough state due to disrepair. A decent hotel is something else entirely, but you should also consider that the rooms aren't cleaned daily. Perhaps it should be closed down and undergo major renovations.

Hello to the bots or family members who say this hotel is fine. This rundown hotel should be closed for inspection. Black shower, dirty towels, no toilet paper, cockroaches in the sink, and bedbugs in the bed. We left at dawn, shameful...not to mention they have a 12-year-old working there.

Friendly host as for everything else in this small hotel poor . Photo’s of the hotel are not true to how they should be . Visited on 6/6/25 for one week . We booked a Room for a couple. Self catering . We had a grubby microwave a kettle . One mug one plate 2 glasses one spoon 2 knives and forks. . No plug in the bathroom sink to wash up . The air con dripped and flooded the floor . It was not fixed for 2 days due to Cyprus bank holiday . Toilet seat broken . The maid took away dirty towels and did not replace them did not replace toilet roll. The bottom sheet on the bed were 2 single sheets to cover the mattress and no top sheet . The outside area had one sun umbrella between 12 beds which broke when put up . Building work was going on and all the hotel furniture and paintwork is dated The views are beautiful over looking banana plantations .

I would like to thank the welcome we had, we did not have accommodation for our first night due to a lot of adventures, and the manager accepted us even though it was already 8 p.m. The lady at reception welcomed us more than warmly, she was available, smiling and very understanding. too bad we had to leave the next morning and not have been able to use the swimming pool.

Our booking was canceled by the host 1 week prior to our arrival and we are left with no accommodation at the last minute. We are attending my brother's wedding in Cyprus and we do not have a place to stay. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO GO!

We stayed 4 nights in the hotel with my boyfriend. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The hotel is in rather quiet area, but this was what we were looking for, so perfect for couples maybe. Room was clean, it had nice small balcony. The location is maybe better if you are with var. There are many nice areas to visit nearby, sea caves, hiking trails, and many restaurants along the sea.
