What touched me most was the next morning, when I accidentally overslept for breakfast and was feeling frustrated, the waiter knocked on my door and delivered a packed breakfast, saying, "Since you slept late last night, I left this for you." When I checked out, the bellhop helped me take my luggage to the parking lot and reminded me to be safe on my way back. The attention to detail shows genuine care.
