Great hotel with serviceminded management.
A new, modern hotel with great serviceminded staff doing everything they can to meet the guests needs. The manager even helped me to park the car in the garage when we arrived, as I had read some reviews that it was narrow (it turned out to br much spacier than I dreaded!) Spend 7 nights in the biggest apartment. Seemed brand new with many top notch chosen details. Few minutes walk to beaches. The hotel is built on property that used to belong to the managers grandparents, and there are more than 300 years old and beautiful olivetrees surrounding the small - but relaxing- pool. Recommendable!

Ein kleines Paradies in Petrovac! Unsere Reise nach Petrovac im September 2024 war einfach traumhaft, und einen großen Teil dazu beigetragen hat das wunderbare Hotel Eleven. Dieses familiengeführte Schmuckstück mit wenigen Zimmern ist ein perfekter Rückzugsort für Paare, die eine entspannte und persönliche Atmosphäre suchen. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich – unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und stets bereit, uns bei allem zu helfen. Vom ersten Moment an fühlten wir uns willkommen und umsorgt. Jede Frage wurde mit einem Lächeln beantwortet, und wir bekamen tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass hier viel Liebe zum Detail steckt. Auch das Frühstück war fantastisch – frisch, abwechslungsreich und perfekt, um in den Tag zu starten. Die geringe Zimmeranzahl sorgt für eine ruhige und intime Atmosphäre, die uns besonders gefallen hat. Kein Trubel, sondern Erholung pur. Es ist spürbar, dass die Gastgeber sich persönlich um das Wohl ihrer Gäste kümmern. Wenn Sie nach Petrovac reisen und ein charmantes Hotel suchen, bei dem Gastfreundschaft großgeschrieben wird, ist das Hotel Eleven die perfekte Wahl. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Un super hôtel niché en plein cœur de Petrovac à 5 min à pied de la côte avec tous ses restaurants, plusieurs plages et à proximité d’un super marché également. Les membres du personnel étaient accueillants, la femme de ménage réactive et au top. Le petit déjeuner très bon également manque juste du traditionnel œuf brouillé pour les puristes 😄 la connexion wi fi était également très bonne. Des chambres belles et modernes. Nous recommandons vivement.

По мнению нашей семьи, Hotel Eleven - вероятно, лучший отель Петроваца по соотношению цена/качества. Удобное расположение - в 5-10 минутах два пляжа. Есть собственный бассейн, всегда есть свободные лежаки. Подземный гараж небольшой, но просторный, что редко встретишь в приморских отелях. Можно свободно парковать машину без риска задеть другие. Отличное отношение персонала. Очень тщательная уборка номера. Хорошая звукоизоляция, так что в номерах очень тихо. Хорошие завтраки, скромные, но достаточные. По вашему заказу приготовят горячее - омлет или яичницу. Единственный маленький минус - плохо регулируется кондиционер, вернее из номера не регулируется, нужно звонить на ресепшн. В нашем номере на третьем этаже - семейном люксе, было две спальни, два санузла, кухня-гостиная, и просто огромная веранда (примерно 12х8 м), где вечерами приятно поужинать и просто отдохнуть. Хороший интернет, что редко встречается на курортах. Твердые 4****. Рекомендуем.

Totally amazing . This is a boutique hotel without being pretentious. Ideally located just 5 minutes from beach. Lovely clean pool. Could always get a chair around pool. Rooms immaculate. Clean sheets every other day and clean towels and toiletries everyday. Always cleaned everywhere everyday. Rooms cleaned while having breakfast. Breakfast amazing choice. Hot fresh eggs and meat. Cooked to order. We were half board. Choice of 3 pre ordered options. Lovely food. Would have ordered this food in a restaurant. Gorgeous. Staff were amazing. They made my 60th birthday the best ever. So attentive. I would not hesitate if I went there alone to feel safe and relaxed if single. Every thing I could ever wish for in a hotel

Excellent hotel, very new, modern, comfortable, elegantly decorated, and spotlessly clean. Fresh and tasty breakfast with great variety of food. Located in a very nice quiet street, but still very near to the beach and promenade with lots of restaurants and bars. Experience of our stay here exceeded our expectations. I would definitely choose this hotel, if I came to Petrovac once more.

Just a perfect, small hotel in a quiet location. We booked B&B through TUI which included a taxi transfer from the airport. We had a few minor issues when we first arrived but these were resolved instantly. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are spotlessly clean and the decor very pleasant. We really liked Petrovac, a good base. It is a small town with a picturesque prom, a few minutes stroll from the hotel. There are many good quality restaurants along here at a reasonable price. The hotel serves a very good buffet breakfast and also an evening meal. We preferred to go for a stroll and eat outside as the weather was so good. There is a local bus service nearby which we used to get to Budva (worth a visit). Also some beautiful walks in either direction. We had a very enjoyable holiday at this hotel and resort, so would recommend.

Everything comes together to guarantee a perfect stay! Tastefully decorated and impeccably clean, the Eleven hotel is a superb establishment in which you can relax by the swimming pool. Its small capacity of around twenty rooms calls for calm and rest under the olive trees. It is located 5 minutes walk from beaches, restaurants and bars. The breakfast there is excellent. The icing on the cake is that the staff bends over backwards to ensure you have an unforgettable stay by taking care of everything for you. Our vacation was exceptional thanks to the choice of this hotel!
