Não recomendamos o apto 203. Odor muito forte no banheiro. Em compensação, nos transferiram para o apto 208, bem melhor. Agradecemos pelo empenho da troca., Agradecimentos especiais a Sra Daniele, srta Maiara e Sra Rita, simpáticas e prestativas.

Ótimo hotel!!
O hotel fica em ponto estratégico para quem prefere estar proximo aos museus de Petrópolis. Dá para fazer tudo a pé. Quarto limpo, confortável, funcionarios muito educados. Eu recomendo. Porém, para que não pode subir escadas ou é cadeirante, o York não está apropriado porque tem um vasto lance de escadas até chegar ao saguão para fazer o check in.

Bem no centro de petropolis, da pra conhecer alguns pontos turisticos a pé. Não tem estacionamento, mas na mesma calçada tem um estacionamento com a diária 40,00. Café da manhã bom e funcionários cordiais. Tem um excelente comércio, casabdo biscoitos, sorveteria, farmácia, lojas americanas, shopping, bares com música ao vivo, etc.

Hotel com um custo benefício ótimo, localização excelente, café da manhã muito bom e os quartos são confortáveis, as informações e dicas prestadas pela recepção foram excelentes para que o passeio fosse melhor ainda. É uma pena no ter estacionamento no hotel, entretanto, existem estacionamentos bem perto.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, bem aconchegante. Só gostaria de deixar uma opinião.... preferiria que as opções de café da manhã ficassem expostas para que pudéssemos nos servir e não como funciona que é marcando no papel o que queremos....minha opinião

A nossa estadia foi incrível, atendimento excelente, bom café da manhã e limpeza de quarto e uma hospitalidade maravilhosa e boa localização!!
Alguns pontos negativos: não tinha água no frigobar, o box não era tão grande e um pouco estranho terem pedido comanda no café da manhã.
Mas isso não estragou em nada a nossa estadia e a nossa viagem
