Ótimo hotel para um final de semana em família, especialmente para quem tem filhos pequenos. Possui brinquedoteca e os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos com as crianças. A localização é a melhor possível e possui estacionamento.

O Hotel é muito bem localizado. Perto do centro historico de Petropolis e todas as suas areas turisticas de visitacao.
Oferece um vasto cafe da manha e seus banheiros dispoem de sabonetes, shampoos e condicionador liquido de qualidade.
Otimas instalacoes internas e com visual bem limpo.
Todo o tour para as grandes cervejarias e museus sao feitas a pe.

The hotel is well located. It is good, but the lights in the room and bathroom are very dim, which makes it difficult to put on makeup, for example. The shower stall is very small and the porcelain is polished, making it slippery. Other than that, no complaints…

Hotel no estilo antigo, clássico, porem com os quartos reformados e modernos. Limpo, funcionários super atenciosos, café da manhã muito bom, enfim com um custo benefício muito bom. A única resalva, é que o box, ao menos no apto 511 onde nos hospedamos, é extramamente pequeno, uma pessoa de tamanho grande, terá muito dificuldade de passar pela porta. A TV tem poucas opções de canais, e também não disponibilizam shampoo nos banheiros.

Excelente!!!! Cordialidade dos funcionarios excepcional. ( Menção honrosa p o recepcionista David pela educação e atenção. Sucesso! ) o quarto é muito confortavel e o café da manhã muito bom também. Tem academia fitness ( horario de 9hs as 21hs ) e a localizacao é excepcional. O estacionamento é gratuito p hóspedes com vallet. Unica sugestao de melhoria seria p o split que nao é duo ( com aquecimento especifico de heat no controle remoto), e por ser antigo é um pouco barulhento. Independente desta obs vale muito a estadia.

O hotel está muito bem localizado, no centro velho histórico da cidade, permite que vc vá à vários pontos turísticos próximos a pé. Mas a comodidade termina por aí! O hotel tem um restaurante onde é servido o café da manhã, o local não comporta muita gente, em horários de pico, vc tem que esperar na fila pra tomar seu café. Tentamos jantar duas vezes no restaurante, numa delas, apesar de vazio, os pratos chegaram frios a mesa. Da outra vez, só atendiam ao serviço de quarto, dos 4 sabores de pizza disponíveis, um que pedimos não tinha. O bar do lounge, apenas um balcão escondido ao lado da recepção com meia dúzia de bebidas, sem ninguém pra atender! O quarto, voltado pra avenida, eram muito barulhentos dificultando o sono, apesar das janelas anti ruído. Banheiro: esse era triste demais! Um BOX MINÚSCULO, não era possível estender os braços… e o exaustor, muito barulhento, incomodava quem estava dormindo. Sinceramente, PESSIMO!

Hotel muito bem localizado (centro historico) o que permite realizar passeios a pé, ou custo baixo de Uber. No entanto, a equipe pode ser melhor treinada, principalmenteo turno ds noite considerando este ser o único 4 estrelas de Petrópolis. Tive dois problemas com a mesma equipe em 2 noites diferentes: 1-)Não consegui utilizar o restaurante em uma noite " pois estava fechado para uma excursão ", não fui avisado previamente, e minha esposa não estava bem de saúde e não podia sair do hotel, o que nos obrigou a pedir via IFOOD. 2. Contratei meia diária, pois.minha volta seria apenas a noite, e não pude ficar no mesmo quarto, pois o recepcionista ficou mais preocupado em vender o servico, do que verificar previamente se haveria quarto disponível ( não.pude ficar no mesmo quarto ). Não basta um hotel bem localizado e reformado com equipe descuidada em detalhes com o hóspede.
