Não deram opções, escolha, de quartos. Disseram que o "sistema" é quem escolhe, ou seja, o cliente não tem escolha. Não foi possível apreciar a paisagem, do Rio e da cidade. Vista da janela, só para o telhado dos prédios. Tivemos que procurar outro hotel, para continuarmos hospedados em Petrolina. As garçonetes foram ótimas. O Café, muito bom. O quarto é antigo. Recursos da cabeceira da cama, quase todos sem funcionar. Faltando o puxador da porta do Box do banheiro. Recebemos o quarto com o Papel Higiênico pela metade. Condicionador de Ar ineficiente, fazendo calor durante o sono.

Quarto limpo e arejado, ar condicionado funcionando bem, cama limpa e confortável, TV e frigobar funcionando bem, ótimo atendimento dos funcionários, bom café da manhã e wifi, porém o banheiro tinha um cheiro desagradável.
