Excellent hotel! The personal was helpful and kind. The swimming pool was nice and clean. The room was clean and comfortable. The environment is very tasteful. There is also a spa that we used as well. I strongly recommend the hotel. Anna-Maria

The rooms were good, clean. I think they made a staff change, because the hotel is better than it was. The food was also good. I didnt try the spa, but it seemed alright. I tried only the pool. The water was clean. The location of the hotel is nice.

The worst hotel I have ever been! The plugs in the rooms are not working, the towels and rooms are smell like mold, the sheets was dirty, the bathroom room also. All of the rooms are very dark! The restaurant offers only 5 meals. The sauna and the steam-bath are not hot enough.

The place was actually great! Hotel employees were extremely nice and made us feel special in all times. The room was huge and so was the bed. The mattress was super comfy! The pool was clean and the water was with a great temperature. Everything was perfect! We will visit again soon!

It was supposed to be a Spa Hotel with mineral water, but after travelling for 200 km, it turned out that the swimming pool hadn't been working for months. There was a ****** in the hotel, the room had a smell of cigarettes, the air con stopped at midnight and it was cold. The staff was inadequate. The worst place I have ever been at.
