минус такой что у нас пропали деньги прямо из сейфа, часть денег украли из сумки которая находилась в сейфе. звонили из отеля и первое что сказали отель не несет ответственность за пропавшие деньги или вещи. если собираетесь туда остановиться советую ничего ценного не оставить в номере вообще.

Good hotel. I was only there for 6 hours. It's really close to Petra. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The receptionist, Mohammad, helped me tie my head wrap. Decent breakfast with egg bar . Would stay again.

The hotel is located about a 10 minute taxi ride from the Petra visitor center. It is a quiet location which faces over a canyon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were clean. The food was tasty and there was a wide selection. The only suggestion I would have for the hotel is try to make sure that the food items that are in the metal containers are warmer/hot.

It's perfect. It's the best hotel I've stayed in in Jordan. The waiters are very nice. Even though I arrived late for breakfast, I was still very willing to serve. When the temperature was low outside at night, they offered to provide coats to keep warm, which was very considerate. The Petra scenic spot and hot air balloons can be seen from the room window, and pigeons will fly to the window sill to wake up in the morning.

The hotel looks very nice. The hotel staff is very friendly!
This hotel is located in a corner of slightly uphill, so even you stayed in the outdoor restaurant, you can get a very nice view to the Petra surrounded areas.
In terms of location, it’s just 5 minutes drive to the Petra city entrance.
And the value for money is very high for this hotel too. I highly highly recommend to other travellers!

The place is beautiful and the service even better. The dinner cooked by the chef Omar and served by the extremely polite waiter Alex was an incredible experience. The food's quality was as good as the treatment. The breakfast was on the same page as the dinner. I feel obligated to mention to mention the chef Lulu and the service staff formed by Arien and Kumar. Overall I fell really grateful with the experience and I would recommend it to everyone is visiting Petra.

Petra Canyon Hotel is four star But the service that provided from the hotel employees and the hotel mangers are way better than other hotel in JORDAN i had the best stay they upgraded my room to suite and the room was bigger than any other room and it was so clean and the smell so nice The view from the balcony is something else, not only that you need to try their food and their buffet at the breakfast and the dinner are delicious, rich and full of many varieties, but the most beautiful thing there is the pool when you had a long trip at the site and you come back to the hotel you need to try the pool to relax and have fun I love this hotel and i recommend it to all the guest come and see the beauties of this amazing and great hotel Special thanks to the front desk and the restaurant employees I will come back definitely, love you all
