非常完美，是我在約旦住的服務最好的酒店，服務員都很nice。早餐時間去晚了還是非常願意服務，晚上在户外温度低會主動提供大衣保暖，超貼心。房間窗户可以看到Petra景區和熱氣球，早上還會有鴿子飛到窗台叫早。

The hotel looks very nice. The hotel staff is very friendly!
This hotel is located in a corner of slightly uphill, so even you stayed in the outdoor restaurant, you can get a very nice view to the Petra surrounded areas.
In terms of location, it’s just 5 minutes drive to the Petra city entrance.
And the value for money is very high for this hotel too. I highly highly recommend to other travellers!

Hotel jest super położony w górnej części Wadi Musa, z ktorego rozciaga sie piękna panorama na doline Petry,pokoje są czyste,łóżka bardzo wygodne,sniadanie dla każdego cos dobrego,niesamowite było dla nas,to iż hotel sam wysłał do nas wiadomość czy potrzebujemy odbioru z lotniska i że jesli mamy ochotę możemy przyjechać do hotelu wcześniej nasz pokój juz na nas czeka,za co raz jeszcze dziękujemy.Polecam ten hotel z czystym sumieniem.

Je suis venue au Petra Canyon et mon mari et moi avons réservé deux nuits Ce furent les deux meilleures nuits à l'intérieur de l'hôtel L'accueil est très bon La chambre est magnifique en termes de design C'est un nouvel hôtel Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner le premier soir Nous avons été reçus par le responsable du restaurant Khaled Il nous a accueillis et son service était au plus haut niveau Nous sommes venus le deuxième jour pour le petit déjeuner et il était là J'ai été surprise que notre table ait été changée et il m'a donné une table à côté de la fenêtre avec vue. J'ai vu un panneau sur la table qui disait qu'elle était réservée Il avait réservé la table pour moi et mon mari Nous avons pris à nouveau le petit déjeuner mais j'avais l'impression d'être chez moi Merci Khaled et merci à tous les employés Nous vous souhaitons du succès dans votre travail mes amis.

Best Khaled I have never seen people move so quickly and make all the customers happy Delicious food and great happy hour We met Khaled and he was great he was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect for us. Whenever we had a problem he was there to help. The best customer service we have received in Jordan.
