Very kind and knowledgeable, and also friendly staff, perfect location in terms of accessing petra whether via the main entrance or the back entrance with the free shuttle. Would visit again.

The front desk is very good, right at the entrance of the attraction, very close!

Un hôtel agréable à 2min du site de Petra. Tout se fait à pied. Le personnel est agréable , du service de sécurité à l’entrée jusqu’aux serveurs des repas. La piscine et sa restauration du soir au rooftop sont très appréciables. Je recommande cet hôtel. Seul bémol, un immeuble en construction sur un côté qui peut gâcher la vue; préférez des chambres côté site.

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo à principal atração turística de Petra, onde é possível ir a pé. Quartos bem amplos. O restaurante no terraço é um show à parte, servindo comida deliciosa e diversificada com a vista da cidade. Equipe muito atenciosa.

Je tiens à laisser un commentaire sur cet établissement, nous sommes habitués à fréquenter tout types d établissements, de l auberge de jeunesse au plus grands palaces en passant par les maisons d hôtes, hostels, pension etc.. L établissement est extrêmement bien situé car à quelques pas d entrée du site de petra et avec desurcroit un immense parking devant. Il possède un restaurant en roof top ainsi que 2 piscines, une fraîche très appréciable après une longue journée sous des chaleurs accablantes, et l'autre sous forme de jacuzzi donc avec de l eau a température de relaxation (autour de 38°C). Le petit déjeuner est servi sous forme de buffet, avec des produits frais, et des stations omelettes, oeuf sous toutes les formes, pancakes etc.. Mais je tiens particulièrement à remercier l ensemble du personnel pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et son enthousiasme constant. Nous fréquentons pas mal d établissement et soyez sûr que beaucoup de palaces de grandes renommées mériteraient d avoir un personnel tel que le vôtre. Nous tenons à vous féliciter pour cette grande vertu que vous préservez et vous encourageons vivement à continuer dans ce cens ! BRAVO !

Hotel exceptionnel. Très bien situé car à l'entrée du site. Les chambres sont très propres et spacieuses. La piscine et le restaurant en rooftop sont excellents. Mais le meilleur est le personnel avec un acceuil souriant et d'une extrême gentillesse. Merci surtout a Raja pour tout tes conseils et pour l'organisation de l'anniversaire de ma femme. Allez y sans aucune hesitation !
