They lane to be a 4 star hotel. Wow, AC inoperable, no amenities in the bathroom except for a shower cap. Staff is very attentive. Place is very clean, but at least my room was cramped. My work area was taken by a huge coffee machine, when I was able to move it, it was then covering the full view of tv screen. Security safe is not bolted down, just pick it up and gone. Conveniently located, less than 10 minutes walk from the gate to Petra.

The best!!!
Where do I begin! We’ve been to many hotels around the world and this one is definitely at the top of the list! Rooms are super CLEAN, breakfast offers a wide variety of tasty foods, room has a smart TV with netflix and other entertainment apps, they fast room service (delivering water & ice upon request), room had complimentary “welcome pastries,” quiet environment, and short 5 min walking distance to Petra entrance. Staff was very pleasant, helpful and attentive to our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hated that it was for only 2 nights. Also, valet parking is included with your stay. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well. I recommend Old Street Cafe! If we ever make back out to Petra, there’s no doubt we will choose this hotel again and again!!!

We had an absolute perfect stay. A room with a gorgeous view of Petra, accross the street from the entrance to the archeological site and the free entry museum, an staff that is a treasure, great buffet for breakfast...perfect...all perfect

What a perfect hotel to explore Petra .Rooms were huge clean and modern .My reservation was made directly with the hotel and they allocated 2 gorgeous rooms for my family .Lovely view of Petra with a short walk to the entrance .Priceless .Breakfast were so accommodating .After a language barrier confusion my daughters order off poached eggs was delivered with kindness and effort .Such great value and I hope that tourists will return soon

The Petra luxery moon hotel was actually closed and I never set foot in the booked hotel. I was sent to a "sister" hotel the Petra Moon, lower standard and shared ownership with the Petra luxery hotel. The Petra moon had no spa and different standards than the luxery hotel. The petra moon had no idea i was coming and communication was very poor by Petra Luxery moon. The petra front desk and manager attempted to resolve the issue, and provided a room, and were very polite. however I had booked the hotel luxery with a spa knowing i would be walking 20kms around petra and wanted to relax aching muscles afterwards. The dishonest Petra moon hotel was still advertising next day and subsequent days as open as normal and taking peoples money. Dishonest practice. I overpaid for the hotel I ended up in. The Petra Moon staff were very helpful, The Petra luxery Moon hotel, i never met apart from a doorman who chased me down to the other hotel. saying everything same same. DO not Trust the Petra Luxery moon hotel. scammer.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay!
Couldn’t ask for better! Everything was great - from location to service to rooms. My partner got really ill and a doctor had to be called out. Not only was the doctor there in 15 minutes at the crack of dawn, everyone got involved and creative making sure the doctor got what he needed to put my partner on a drip, and even the kitchen showed support by making sure my partner got the right food. For the two days we were there, there was nothing but genuine care, concern, and hospitality. Even the staff who came on the later shifts was aware of the situation and kept asking how things were. It was really touching. And always with biggest most sincere smiles. Petra Moon, you stole my heart!
