The only down side was thatbthe pool and spa facilities werent available as it was technically still winter when we visited. The location is walking distance to the petra visitors centre and tourism street where you can visit the many little cafes. The staff are the best ive met in every area of the hotel. I highly recommended this property.

A beautiful hotel within 5 minutes walk to the Petra entrance. Fabulous staff in every area of the hotel, nothing is to much trouble. Salah in the restaurant very approachable and helpful alongside all the wait staff and chefs. Great rooms with all facilities. Highly recommend.

Wonderful service and comfortable stay very close to the entrance of Petra. Mamon and staff went above and beyond to privide amazing service. The dining was also top notch. The hotel gave us great advice on visiting Petra through the back door experience.

The staff was very nice, specially Salah in the restaurant was very welcoming and treat us with love and kindness. Good views from the room and restaurant and space enough. Nice breakfast compared to other hotels in the area. Spa was closed in March due the weather but they offer free shuttle to drive you to their partners with hot and cover water pool.

Perfekt location in one of the most incredible places on earth. Directly in front of the visitors center. A definant must do, the staff is extremely friendly and helps in every situation, the view from the rooms is brilliant. Also the breakfast is very sorted and tastes delicious
