Superbe hôtel : grande chambre, piscine très agréable, joli jardin. Niki et Marios sont très accueillants et disponibles. Tres bons et copieux petits-déjeuners. La plage et des tavernes pour diner sont juste à côté. Je recommande !

I have just returned from the most perfect week at the Niki seafront studios. I was travelling with my 19 year old daughter and my parents, we all agreed that the hospitality, facilities, food, drink and sun beds!were outstanding. Niki and her fabulous, hardworking family go above and beyond to ensure you have an unforgettable holiday experience. We can’t wait to return. Tarzan the cat is an added bonus 😽

Amazing stay at Niki seafront studio on the door stop to everything . Lovely rooms ,comfortable bed and the pool area is amazing suns beds so comfortable also pool bar food was delicious and you get plenty of.Niki and family are lovely very friendly can wait to return next year 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Just got back from Niki Seafront Studios in Petra after a 2 week stay. From the moment of arrival we were met by Niki and other members of her family and made to feel very welcome. We stayed in room number 2 on the ground floor of the studios, which had a sea view and set in the most beautiful gardens. At the rear of the studios are the new suites and the swiming pool, which everyone can use. The sunbeds are the largest and most comfiest I have ever hsd the pleasure of using. The newer suites are run by Niki's son Marios, aided by his brother George and his sons Dimitri and Christos. The pool bar and snack bar are great with hood value drinks and generous delicious food. The place is situated about a 5 minute walk in to town and the beach, so very convenient. However the real stars of this show are Niki and all of her lovely family. Have never been made to feel more welcome. Wonderful people. Highly recommended.

Our first stay at these wonderful studios. Great location close to lots of nice Tavernas and bars. Beach is a short walk away. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Fresh bedding and towels every 3rd day. Cleaning service daily except Monday. Marios and Niki are excellent hosts very friendly and caring, any issues are quickly sorted. You are able to use the beautiful pool and bar area and the Niki luxury Suites which is at the rear of the studios. Dimitri and Christos at the bar are nice and friendly and work hard to keep the area cleaned as people have vacated the tables. The food served at the pool bar is excellent all freshly prepared by the lady in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend this accommodation and will definitely book again when visiting Petra.

Absolutely fantastic 2 weeks stay at Niki's. Niki, Mario's and Leva make you feel as if you are family. The apartments have everything you need. The pool and bar are excellent quality. The staff at the bar are fantastic and welcoming. The bar meals are fabulous quality and worth every penny. Can't wait to see you all again next year.

Great location excellent friendly staff .If you want a relaxing peaceful holiday this is ideal . Adult only . location spot walk to the right the town is A short distance to the left A quiet Beach down A dirt track. Rooms are good we stayed in a studio

What a perfect location for these wonderful self catering rooms . We can’t fault them or the facilities . Owners are helpful and accessible , and responsive if needed . From there we travelled to Molyvos and Anaxos regularly . Walking distance to a great beach or use the great pool area and very posh sun beds . Also very close shops and supermarkets . Definitely returning here as we lived it

Just had 10 amazing days here...rooms were immaculate and spacious...shout out to all the team that are there they couldn't do enough for us...Niki was as gracious as ever.. swimming pool and surroundings are the best we've been to on our worldwide trips.. can't wait to return...
