Experienced hosts just completed 12th season of hosting short-term guests in this home. **LOCATION** Walk to/from downtown with ease 5 minutes to ALL town amenities from our whisper quiet neighborhood. The house comes with all the comforts of your home including: central air conditioning (many homes in Petoskey area lacking) strong wifi, smart TVs in family room/master/guest bedroom with premium services logged in / on-site bikes (2 mens mountain, 2 child bikes, 1 cruiser (uni-sex) and 1 ladies mountain bike, dishes/pots/pans, bar glassware, beach chairs/coolers/umbrella/towels/toys. We also supply fresh: linens, towels, wash cloths, toiletries, etc. In addition we stock Cafe du Monde coffee and assorted teas in the cupboard with sugars and creamer in fridge. Hit your day running. Want to cook up a fresh catch from Jon Cross or your wily angler? Grill/patio in backyard. Or, utilize our updated kitchen. We would happily also consider your dog if house-broken, (please no furniture/bed sitting for pups) and generally well behaved. We keep a crate in the basement and have several runs in the large partially fenced backyard. As owners of a large retriever we fully understand how comforting it is to have all members of the family present no matter how many legs they possess. The full and queen pillow top beds will prove to be very comfortable. We love Petoskey and location of this home is ideal. Everything was as described on the website and so much more. We've stayed at many vacation rentals and this was one of the nicest stays we've had.

Great spot
My family had a great stay here on our visit. Close and easy walk to town, comfortable and clean. We had one child on the couch and that was tricky, she wasn’t super comfortable there. But we were able to borrow an air matters from friends and there was plenty of room to set that up comfortably in the living room. Kitchen had everything that we needed for cooking meals. We would def stay again.

Stay in Petoskey
The location was close to downtown Petoskey. Rental was clean & comfortable. Our second time staying here was as enjoyable as first visit in 2022.Would recommend this home to anyone visiting Northern Michigan.

Perfect for our 2 week winter stay
Great location to be able to walk downtown with safety and ease. All needed supplies were included and kitchen well stocked. Only crazy thing was the snow melt that leaked into the basement where the washer and drier are!

Beautiful home
We loved our stay at Belle’s on Grove! It was so incredibly cozy and clean. We felt right at home with the decor and nice flowing colors all throughout the house. Our favorite part is how clean it was, it was impeccably spotless. Whoever cleans that place takes a lot of pride in their work. We have stayed at all kinds of places in many different locations around the world at all different price points from fancy resorts to quick hole in the wall last minute motels while on the road. Belles on Grove is hands down the cleanest and coziest stay we’ve ever had where my husband, myself and our 2 kids were extremely comfortable. We loved it and will absolutely look into booking here again for our next trip. The only disappointment we had was that it was not decorated for the holidays. We were traveling for a Christmas event and was bummed to find no kind of holiday decor or feeling inside the home. A small Christmas tree would really set this home over the top this time of year! Would highly recommend this place to anyone!
