Il n’y a pas bcp de rigueur dans la réfection de la chambre. Les capsules de café et thé ne sont pas remises en ordre, malgré plusieurs demandes du client. Les essuies bains ne sont pas tjs changés, la nourriture est tjs la même sur la semaine que nous étions là. Le personnel ne semble pas avoir compris que le client doit être la priorité plutôt que leur téléphone portable.

Tout était parfait. De la réception à la chambre en passant par le restaurant, l'expérience était vraiment parfaite. Pour la partie nuit, la literie est très confortable, le bungalow était très calme et la piscine privée un vrai plaisir. Le restaurant et le service parfait également.

Bonsoir . Je me permet de vous envoyer cette avis car hier soir j’ai fait une reservation pour mes amies allemande qui sont venues dîner a l’habitation . Elle sont arrivées a 19h30 et ont attendues jusqu’à 21H15 avec leurs cocktails qui leurs a quand meme coûtées 85 euros sans avoir étaient servies du repas qu’elles avaient commandées . Je trouve inadmissible et non professionnelle d’avoir une habitude de la sorte pour un lieu soit disant fantastique . Concernant votre réputation je me ferai dorénavant un plaisir de ne pas conseiller a ma clientèle de venir chez vous . Service déplorable . Serveur agressif Cocktails pas bon Plusieurs passages mais aucune attention de la part du serveur . Chères lecteurs de trip je ne vous recommande pas ce lieu . A ÉVITER

Le décor est très soigné , même si les bougainvilliers artificiels dés l’entrée donne un certain stress…les 4 étoiles sont en effet artificielles Dans le bungalow , ourlet du rideau pas fait , tout l argent mis dans un frigo et pas de micro ondes , en plus faut payer son café ( pour le prix de la chambre , les concurrents l’offrent et même une bouteille d’eau ) Heureusement que l’emplacement permet d’aller rapidement à Jarry … Pour le petit dej, prenez de l’avance car il faut attendre très lgt les œufs …alors que le personnel est rivé sur son écran …c qd que l’ia fait les œufs brouillés !!!

Perfection in Guadeluope
Such fantastic, straight-forward service. Easy check-in, daily room cleaning that smelled amazing, and the grounds were impeccable. I could not have asked for more, I travel frequently and this hotel has the best, bed, pillows, sheets and bathroom. I have nothing negative to say. It was perfection.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis à l’aéroport, puis par la réception qui nous a offert un petit cocktail detox bien rafraîchissant!. Le bungalow Santa Maria est charmant, les lits sont très confortables, le restaurant est ouvert tous les soirs et sert des plats locaux sur une très jolie terrasse donnant sur le jardin. Le petit déjeuner est très complet, nous avons également testé un massage duo au spa très détendant, dans un cadre végétal magnifique. Le petit plus, les jardins de l’hôtel sont magnifiques et bien entretenus, la piscine paysagère est très belle, la situation centrale de l’hôtel nous a permis de tester plusieurs activités dont sur petit bourg qui est une très belle ville, l’îlet fortune et le canyon moustique sont à tester absolument. Nous étions venus en famille avec nos deux enfants et ce fut un super séjour ! Merci à tout le personnel pour sa gentillesse ! Et à bientôt !

Petit havre de paix, confortable et ideal pour relaxer et se ressourcer. Le personnel était sympathique et agréable au delà de mes espérance. Les chambres sont neuves, propres et décorées avec goût.
