The room is very big. Two bedrooms, two toilets, two showers. There is a full set of cooking utensils. It is very good for a family to live. Very convenient, there is a swimming pool. But there is no service. The security guard is responsible for giving the room card. Cleaning needs to be charged separately. Bottled water is also provided when you first check in.

A bit difficult to find this hotel if first time. But it is unique. This hotel basically underground (basement). All using check in check out machine. Overall okay. Just can hear person walking at the corridor. For someone who need privacy or need quiet place, it is not suitable due to this. But overall for the price, location, service, recommended

The hotel offers good value for budget-conscious travelers, with its convenient location, close to public transport (LRT Kelana Jaya). ✔ Affordable rates – Suitable for short stays or business trips. ✔ Clean & basic room – The essentials (bed, AC, TV, bathroom) were functional. ✔ Decent WiFi – Reliable for basic browsing. ⚠️ Room size – A bit compact, especially for longer stays or extra luggage. ⚠️ Noise levels – Some street noise could be heard in my room. Overall, Hotel 99 KJ is a no-frills, convenient and budget-friendly choice, If you need an affordable place to sleep without extra perks, this hotel does the job.

If you need a place to just stay overnight, this will be a good option. Room space is big enough for solo traveler. Nearby has 99 speed mart and 7-11. I had a room at the ground floor. It had some machine noise, and if you are sensitive to noises, it might bother you. I enjoyed the stay and will come back again.
