Have stayed here many times.Strategic location, convenient for finding food.My family and I like to stay here since long ago just for vacations.In the evening relax and swim in the pool. Car parking is easy and safe.A very comfortable, spacious hotel with various facilities. There is a water filter and wifi internet provided.For me everything is very comfortable and quiet. The room is spacious and worth your money.Very good service, friendly staff made me and my family love staying here. Thank you all.

Although the room not as big as Royal Chulan Damansara, but the hotel furnishings is better than Royal Chulan Damansara.
Good location and located just beside shopping mall, opposite Ikea and eateries was surrounding the hotels. Definitely will come back on next business trip.

No breakfast, basic equipment, the refrigerator is a bit noisy. The bed is large and there are many people sleeping. Location is also very convenient

A bit difficult to find this hotel if first time. But it is unique. This hotel basically underground (basement). All using check in check out machine. Overall okay. Just can hear person walking at the corridor. For someone who need privacy or need quiet place, it is not suitable due to this. But overall for the price, location, service, recommended

Recently stayed at Hotel 99 Kelana Jaya and had a decent experience overall. The hotel offers good value for budget-conscious travelers, with its convenient location, close to public transport (LRT Kelana Jaya).

✔ Clean & basic room – The essentials (bed, AC, TV, bathroom) were functional.
✔ Decent WiFi – Reliable for basic browsing.
⚠️ Room size – A bit compact, especially for longer stays or extra luggage.
⚠️ Noise levels – Some street noise could be heard in my room.
Overall, Hotel 99 KJ is a no-frills, convenient and
budget-friendly choice, If you need an affordable place to sleep without extra perks, this hotel does the job.

If you need a place to just stay overnight, this will be a good option. Room space is big enough for solo traveler. Nearby has 99 speed mart and 7-11.
I had a room at the ground floor. It had some machine noise, and if you are sensitive to noises, it might bother you.
I enjoyed the stay and will come back again.
