The door lock broken as shown in the picture. Asked to fix said no maintenance staff working. Had to stay overnight without the door lock!

Bed sheet need to be change looks old and not fresh, room is clean.
Bed not comfortable and pls change the pillow too.
Very noise from upstairs make me cant sleep.
Even still early morning they keep making noise.
Very not comfortable.
Not recomended at all.
