Stayed here many times for my KL/PJ trips over the years. Felt that the standard of service and the amenities has dropped in quality after the name changed to M World hotel. The bath towels were worn off and gave a very poor impression of the hotel. In my previous stay on June 20, the bed sheet had blood stain.

The location is very good, there is a shuttle bus to the shopping mall, the breakfast has a lot of varieties and tastes very good! The parking lot is sufficient and suitable for drivers. The hotel is also next to the subway station, which is very convenient.
