空調通風系統不好，一進去有很大的黴味。我朋友住在旁邊的one world酒店，通風系統和採光比阿萬特要好。早餐，兩邊酒店都差不多。
環境：：沒有浴缸，one world有浴缸
衞生：還可以
服務：衹是晚上休息，並沒有使用gym。無從評價

This is my worst experience in Avante. As an old customer, I reserved 3 nights. But my schedule suddenly changed, which made me could not live. I contacted the reservation dept. soon, told the reason for cancellation. But Avante does not agree to cancel, AND EVEN IF THEY ALREADY KNOW I CANNOT CHECK IN, THEY RESERVE THE ROOM FOR ALL 3 NIGHTS. Very bad. I don't know why does Avante completely does not care their customers. I can understand you have to cost me the fee for 1st night, but completely cannot understand why do you insist to cost other 2 nights. I won't choose Avante any more. Regretful.

Hotel is new, but that's about it. Rented a car to park but carpark wasn't signed, ended up in the office building. Staff wasn't that very helpful. Probably won't go back.
