Checked in was a bliss. Bed wide and comfortable, but dislike the pillows too soft. Lightings were OK. Unable to contact room service but Housekeeping did sent me bath towels even at 5 am (I was unwell, slept for almost 12 hours after checked in at 5pm, only to realised no towels at 5am). Superb!! Breakfast has variety of foods to choose from. Plenty shops nearby for shopping till u drop.

Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. Room was large and clean. Air conditioning is good, water pressure strong and bed was comfortable.
Parking is fixed at RM4 per day with unlimited exit.
Walking distance to Curve and you can find many shops, restaurants and IKEA there.

Very bad maintenance hotel. My room lock was faulty and there are odour on the blanket and pillow.
I feel very insecure and uncomfortable so I decided to check out the hotel after 2 hours. Because I can't sleep at all!
