I think it's ok, at least it's clean. I've stayed in another hotel nearby with a similar price, which was much worse than this one.

The room was quite large compared to other hotels in the area. It had a desk and a round sofa, making it convenient for working. The shower was also quite powerful, which was nice. There was no remote control for the air conditioner, so I had to adjust the air vent at night to avoid getting too cold. Towels lasted a while, so those who are particular should bring their own. There was no hair dryer, but men didn't mind. For the price, it was excellent value.

This hotel located in strategic place with alot of food stall, bank and 3km to sunway pyramid.
No issue on parking , down the flow already have 24 hour stall . All fast food is around the corner from MCD pizza and kfc . A lot coffee cafe also .
