We applied for a check-out that night, but the front desk disagreed. Later, Ctrip went to negotiate. Ctrip's service is really good. Ctrip will help you deal with many things. I give it a thumbs up here. The biggest disadvantage of this hotel is that it is too difficult to find. Every time I take a taxi, the driver can't find the location of the hotel. The main entrance on the first floor of the hotel is a construction site. It was not fully opened before it was completed. Every time I have to go down to the -3rd floor to get a taxi, which is very inconvenient. The location of the hotel is relatively remote. Every time I go out, I can't get a taxi. , Didi drivers couldn't find the specific location, and it was too troublesome to get around. It took a long time to get a taxi every time, and the driver would take the wrong way when returning. There were construction sites and overpasses nearby, so it was quite noisy. The paint smell in the room was particularly strong at night, and we could only sleep with the windows open and the air conditioner on, so it was quite noisy at night. We originally booked three nights, but we only stayed for two. The hotel did not agree to apply for a refund for us to check out. On the third day, we couldn't stand it anymore, so we left without a refund. There was also the issue of the price difference. The original room we booked was two bedrooms and one living room for 300, but the price on the night of check-in was only over 100. Fortunately, Ctrip finally negotiated and refunded the price difference. Overall, the experience was still very average.
