Overall, the stay was decent. The room was comfortable, and the hotel offered all the basic amenities I needed for a short stay. However, one major issue we encountered was with the shared bathroom. Unfortunately, the bathroom door was broken, and the both bathroom doors wouldn’t lock properly, which made it feel uncomfortable to use. It’s a small but important detail that affected the experience. If this issue gets resolved, it would greatly improve the stay.

Everything is good. Just trying to find the entrance is a bit difficult because it's just being developed. But the place is great, beautiful, clean.

Location was in between PJ and KL, suitable for me as a business traveller here for a few days. The check in was smooth, but a downside is if you drive, you’ll need someone with the card to open the lift lobby access for you in order to get to G floor.
During peak hours (lunch/dinner time, checkout times), the lift could be very inaccessible, making me walked the stairs down to parking lot few times. There were more than 30 floors with 20 units each floor, it’s just overly dense.
More importantly, on my first night of stay, my personal items were being removed, as the housekeeping staff thought it belonged to the previous guest. There were no 24 hours reception, all communications were through WhatsApp, making an instant request difficult.
