Good stay but the mattresses are a bit hard. The shower gel and shampoo are empty when I checked in but once I informed the reception, their staff quickly came which is good . Overall I’m satisfied.

First of all thank you for the complimentary upgrade to 2 bedrooms room. But I m travelling with my wife and little daughter. The extra room was not utilised. I believe the 2 bedrooms room is bigger than the studio room that booked. Thanks again. The stay was pleasant. The cutleries and the crockery was all in good condition and clean. The washroom was perfect. The window bedroom and bed is comfortable. The bed is the hard type. The swimming pool at 39th floor has an awesome view and clean water. Nice place to chill. Parking was free and plenty. A few things need to highlight for improvement. Found small cockroach on the sofa bed in the living room. Waiting for the elevator is a nightmare during peak hour. We have waited about 20 minutes to squeeze into the elevator during checkout time. Suggest to create a location in local GPS app. Waze or Google map. It was not easy to get to the car park and lobby.

Lovely place and very affordable yet comfy place to be in. Only downside is the density of the place is high so waiting for lifts is gonna be really long then (Takes 10-15mins waiting time during our checkout time). Nonetheless its great place to stay and chill with your love ones then!

I really loved the hotel! The rooms are beautiful, clean, and feel brand new—it seems to have been built recently. It has all the facilities you could need, including a kitchen, which makes it very convenient to manage. it’s an excellent place to stay!
