A good place if you like a quiet environment
There are no nearby shops along the street you have to walk 5 to 10 mins to find them
It is quite well managed
The highlight is the very spacious executive king room which has a separate lounge room and a big sized sleeping area as well as a bathroom Bathrobes slippers are provided slippers are provided

I recently stayed at Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Overall, the experience was pleasant. Staffs were friendly & helpful. The room was spacious, and the location is convenient.
However, the hotel is currently undergoing renovations and there may be minor noise during the day. The furniture in the room is a bit dated and could use an upgrade, but it was still functional.
If you’re not too concerned about modern decor and want a quiet place to stay with good service, Eastin is still a decent choice. Hopefully, after the renovation, it’ll be even better!

I have stayed in this hotel many times...I really like the view in the pool...very calm, nice view...the food is quite delicious and lots of choices..i will repeat to booking this hotel again...

Overall Ok , but i can say the service is below the expectation.
1) be prepared when you asked for room service like Plates in room , they take sometime 30 min or more to send it.
2) when you asked for water , same some time it take more then 30 min so plan accordingly.
3) room cleaning , I think staff just focus on beds , now in room untill you will aks them that please clean this as well they can’t. We were staying with kids , and they throws few item on floor like pen , or shoes but when we came back nothing was touched and only tjing they set is bed.
4) breakfast , for indian you dont have much options.
5) supervisor of morning breakfast buffet is little rude, per her food present in the buffet will get spoil the moment 10:30 clock 🤣🤣 this the statement i received when i asked will get some breads in room for my kid as he is not eating here due to crowd.
Over all below average, i may not suggest to anyone and as well i am not going to book this for next visit.
