It is adjacent to sunway medical centwr. The space is comfortable and equipped with a full set of kitchen equipment including kitchen utensils. It was originally planned for short-term accommodation for accompanying patients or people who come from out of town to receive medical treatment. The breakfast is very light and is probably planned for patients. It is also possible that children are not accepted. For the purpose of rest and recuperation for residents. Generally speaking, it is very quiet and comfortable. However, the room I stayed in at that time had poor drainage. The water from the shower directly overflowed the drain hole and was discharged from the toilet drain hole. I contacted the front desk, but there was no improvement.

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy, with very friendly and helpful customer service. I liked how spacious it was, and the amenities were plentiful—even bathrobes were provided, which many hotels no longer offer. There was also a beautiful infinity pool, and it was very relaxing to sit there and enjoy a drink. It’s a pity we only stayed for two days. Being far from the city center was actually a plus. Just a 10-minute walk away is the largest mall, 1 Utama. There are plenty of basic facilities, so no need to worry about going hungry—lots of great restaurants—and there’s no shortage of places to explore. The hotel’s buffet breakfast was decent—not bad at all. If you’re looking for a short getaway, it’s a great choice. I would definitely return. For the price and value, it’s well worth it!

Calm and serene place to stay. Large screen Tv with netflix (own account login) is a big plus for me. I had a good sleep as the mattress is not springy and noisy Took me short time to check in. 5 minutes into the room the front desk employee called us asking about the condition of the room. When turning on the tv, i had a welcoming message with my name spelled out on the screen. Little deeds like the above makes me feel appreciated and this is my first ever experience in my 30 years of hotel living life. Breakfast is superb. Tonnes of selections be it western or local delicacies. Waiter and waitress are very welcoming and attentive towards the guest needs. Ample open and free parking spaces opposite the main lobby. It would good if the hotel could build a covered walking path from the parking lot the lobby to help guest from getting wet during rainy day. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The room is very clean, the transportation is convenient, and the service is warm!

I am writing to provide feedback following my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was not up to the standard I had expected. Firstly, the room lacked towels upon my arrival, and I had to call housekeeping to have them sent. This was also happened during my last stays. Additionally, I found that the minibar was not stocked, which I initially addressed by calling reception to request a room change. I was told that instead of moving rooms, housekeeping would send a minibar to my room, but this was not an ideal solution. Furthermore, I noticed that the area around the minibar cabinet had not been properly cleaned, which was disappointing given the otherwise high standards of the hotel. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the overall guest experience.

I arrived at the hotel on Christmas evening due to delayed of my flight and heavy traffic at KLIA. The room assigned to me was on 15th floor. It was very empty and the furniture was quite old. Even the 18-20 inches TV was not the LCD type. No many choices of channels to choose from.  Bed sheets and pillows were quite worn down and a bit antic.  The nearest mini mart store was about 200m away across the main road and over the traffic lights. The nearest LRT station was about 1-2 Km away from the hotel. Definitely need to order GRAB car to travel out. Generally it is okay for a solo traveller who does not want to stay in a backpacker hostel.

My stay here has been a relaxing one. Location, customer service and parking were very convenient. I was offered clean rooms with attentive staffs from reception to my 5 days stay at Dorsett Grand Subang. I will be back again.

I was grateful to the management and staff of this hotel because when they cannot give me the 2 twin bed room that I booked, the hotel upgraded us to a suite room with complementary breakfast. That made my stay in the hotel more memorable and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has a wide range of choices, unfortunately, I dont have time to try everything because of early commitment.

The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed for families. The hotel amenities were a major highlight. The kids absolutely loved the pool area, which included a shallow kiddie pool and a few fun water features. Meanwhile, we enjoyed relaxing by the poolside with plenty of seating available. There was also a play area and an activity room where the children could stay entertained. Breakfast each morning was a treat. The buffet had a variety of options, from fresh fruit and cereals to hot dishes like eggs and pancakes. They even had a kid-friendly section with smaller portions and fun presentation. The location was perfect for families, with nearby attractions and restaurants that catered to children. The hotel staff was knowledgeable and gave us excellent recommendations for family-friendly activities in the area. Overall, we have a wonderful environment for our family. It was clean, safe, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay enjoyable and stress-free.
