This empire city the room is big but the aircon is just a air only totally warm & hot..
1) Aircon worst
2) Toilet upstair elderly not convinent
3) The stair case dangerous not safety
4) The projector totally cannot seen very blur & not clear (China brand cannot use)
5) Parking fees need to paid every entry per hour charge and over night RM6
Overall not recommended this room.. 1star review
Importantly the owner must improve the aircon system is totally heat & hot..

The homestay was ok. However, the toilet floor was quite slippery, which was a bit of a concern. It would be helpful if they could address this to prevent any accidents.

Everything is always good but it's bad when we want to stay longer but we can't stay longer even though we informed in advance but the accommodation can't solve the problem for us even though they said we can stay longer but they informed us.

It was really the worst. I tried to change the reservation and requested a cancellation and purchased a room again, but the cancellation didn't work and I ended up paying for two rooms and only using one. I trusted Trip.com and booked, but I was disappointed.
It was so hard and difficult to get there.. They only told me how to get there after I checked in.. There were no towels in the room, and when I tried to shower in the evening, there was no water..
I booked for two nights, but I only stayed for one. This was the worst accommodation in Malaysia. Never go there.
