Helaas voor de 3de x de boeking niet goed gegaan, eigenaar deed erg onvriendelijk en liep weg midden in het gesprek, onbeschoft! Zwembad was ontzettend vies, haren dreven in het water en de randen van het zwembad zag er ook erg vies uit. Kamers waren niet goed schoon. Helaas voor ons geen stobbe meer. Tip voor René: hoor de klachten van je klanten aan ipv weg te lopen en probeer een oplossing te zoeken zodat je klanten zich gehoord voelen!!

WEES GEWAARSCHUWD! Verschrikkelijk onbeschoft geholpen bij het uitchecken bij de receptie omdat ik het niet eens was met iets... Heel jammer.... Hotel is ontzettend warm. Zwembad, de sauna stond uit... Tja, de kamers leken wel een sauna... Misschien was dat het alternatief... Het is duidelijk dat ze geld willen verdienen en dat service naar de klant niet belangrijk is. Ik had twee munten gekregen voor een drankje maar had de drankjes op de kamer laten schrijven. Bij het uitchecken wou ik dit verrekenen met de factuur, was niet mogelijk. Dat vind ik niet erg servicegericht, toen ik daar wat van zei sloeg de dame achter de receptie om als een blad aan een boom en was zeer onbeschoft. Verder is het hotel kennelijk onderbezet. Worden mensen op verschillende plekken tegelijkertijd ingezet, bv. bar en restaurant. Als ik wat wou bestellen stond er steeds niemand bij de bar, dat gebeurde verschillende keren. Mocht ik ook niets van zeggen...

It is a cozy restaurant with excellent food. The operation is just not smooth. Waiting time from main course to dessert was more than an hour. Even though something was said about it, it was not improved. The food was also fine and there was plenty of garnish.

We ended up at this hotel with a bite to eat arrangement. The hotel is located in the center of the beautiful town of Ruinen. During our walk we had a stop here and enjoyed a delicious soup. Great location and friendly staff.
