Hotel in posizione centrale ma comoda e silenziosa; è arredato con gusto retrò e gestito da persone squisitamente gentili e disponibili. Le camere sono pulitissime e molto confortevoli; la colazione è semplice ma gustosa.

The hotel room and the bathroom were very spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed. We asked for a mini bar in our room and obtained it immediately. The man at the reception desk is extremely friendly, helpful and always with a smile. He was ready to give us all the information we needed. The location of the hotel is perfect, in a small and quiet street but close to the city centre, shops, train station... We would choose the same hotel again and recommend it to everybody.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole a Montecatini in questa struttura, in posizione ottima per muoversi a piedi. La camera era pulitissima, silenziosa e confortevole. Il vero punto di forza è lo staff: sempre sorridente, gentile e presente in modo autentico. Mi hanno accolto con calore e mi sono venuti incontro per ogni esigenza, sempre con disponibilità e grande attenzione. In un’epoca in cui l’accoglienza è spesso impersonale, qui si ritrova il valore del contatto umano. Una qualità che oggi vale tantissimo. Tornerò volentieri.

La estancia en el hotel fue una experiencia muy agradable.
Ubicación perfecta muy cerca del centro de la cuidad y de la estación de tren.
El personal del hotel es encantador, te van a recibir con una sonrisa en todo momento.
La limpieza es también un punto fuerte, todo estaba impecable.

Passato per una notte per dormire fuori a poco prezzo, ottima posizione e vicino al centro con parcheggi abbastanza vicini, camera e bagno al min indispensabile, che almeno ci si aspetta per un tranquillo riposo, aria condizionata e letto ok, peccato per la doccia che mancava uno sportello per chiuderla, senno avrei dato 4 stelle, ottima rapporto qualità prezzo, qualche cosa da sistemare della camera, tipo macchie sul muro e appunto la doccia, ma compensate dalla cordialità e simpatia del portiere e receptionist, con consigli sui locali ,parcheggi e ristoranti nei dintorni. Per un breve soggiorno senza aspettarsi troppo lo consiglio👍
