This was my second time at Enjoy Garda Hotel, cycling both times, and I cannot say enough good things about them. As someone who worked in the hospitality business for 40 years I can confidently say they understand the concept of service, in all their activities. From the front desk to the food & beverage service, to the cycling team, and the maintenance of the hotel, they hit the bull’s eye over and over again. I highly recommend Enjoy Garda Hotel and their cycling team without reservation.

We liked the hotel a lot, starting from the beautiful room with nice style and very clean. Breakfast was great and various (I would suggest an option for well-done boiled eggs). The hotel staff are the nicest people I ever met, they liked our daughter and played with her, they were very supportive and helped us with planning the trip and with finding good parking spots, always smiling and friendly (reception and restaurant staff). We got ENJOY room with garden and pool view, it comes also with free minibar (drinks and snacks), they also have gym and outside pool, but we didn't have time to enjoy it! The hotel is in a beautiful place (Peschiera del Garda) and close to many attractions and sights (10 min from Sirmione,5 min from GardaLand, 15 min from Verona, Venice...). It is a wonderful town to walk near Garda lake with beautiful views. There is a gas station near the hotel and an ATM machine and a lot of restaurants and gelaterias. We highly recommend Enjoy Garda Hotel :)

Struttura vicina al centro storico di Peschiera, ma su una via trafficatissima, quindi le stanze fronte strada sconsigliate. L’edificio esternamente è molto squallido e datato, sicuramente non corrisponde alle foto sul sito. Bella la zona reception e la sala da pranzo. La grande delusione si prova entrando nella stanza, noi avevamo una enjoy, quindi “superior” in quanto vista piscina (e non strada). Bagno da budget hotel, muro scrostato, sanitari vetusti, kit cortesia basico, balcone in uno stato pietoso (muro scrostato, parapetto rotto e con evidenti segni del tempo). Tende sporche con evidenti macchie. Porta abiti (non qualificabile come armadio) senza ante, con 2 soli cassetti livello terra, assolutamente insufficiente nel caso in cui nella stanza alloggi una famiglia. Insonorizzazione della struttura pessima, sentivamo voci e minimi movimenti dei vicini e dal piano sopra. Internet con banda scarsissima. Piscina non riscaldata quindi inutilizzabile. Reception: salutare sembra un optional. Il secondo giorno, saliti al piano abbiamo riscontrato che entrambe le carte erano disattivate, neanche uno “scusate” dalla fredda receptionist. Check in e out molto cortese grazie alla signora Alice. Personale colazione gentile, in particolare la signora Erica. Al bar dipende da chi si trova, il cameriere alto e gentile ci ha fatto una cioccolata densa ottima, il suo collega il giorno dopo una liquida ed insapore. Aperitivo di benvenuto: chiesto un bitter bianco ed un Hugo analcolico, arrivato un veneziano e un succo di sambuco con poca acqua, imbevibile per quanto dolce. Prezzo assolutamente esagerato per il livello offerto sia come struttura che come trattamento.

Great hotel, clean, breakfast provided was excellent, great quality, great choices, staff were great very helpful & the hotel is in great location for exploring more parts of the lake & also other places in Italy such as Verona, Venice, Milan all easily reached via train, with the station being 5 minutes around the corner

Estuvimos alojados 5 días en el hotel, hicimos unas salidas fantásticas en bicicleta por los alrededores del lago Garda, la organización insuperable, la amabilidad de sus guías y sus dueños, nos hicieron pasar unos días inolvidables , volveremos el próximo año seguramente .

Our second trip to Garda Bike Hotel did not disappoint! We brought our friends along this time to share the GBH experience: Epic cycling, great guides, brand new bikes, amazing food and beautiful Italian Countryside. We loved extra perk of wine tasting dinner at the winery and the cooking classes! We are already planning our next trip! Thank you for taking such great care of us and see you next year!

Después de unos días de viaje dentro de Italia, llegar a este hotel tan global fue maravilloso. Las instalaciones, el desayuno, la cama, la atención y la ubicación son excelentes. Es un hotel muy enfocado en ciclismo pero que es para atender todo tipo de público

Great hotel, perfect location for us as about 10 minutes walk to the main centre with plenty of restaurants, bars and the Ferry. Also only about 5 minutes walk from the train station and the bus stop was right outside the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Amber on reception. We stayed in the apartments which were very spacious, clean and had everything we needed (including a washing machine in the 2 bedroom apartment which was very useful!). Breakfast was great with lots of choice. We also ate lunch at the hotel a few times and this was also really nice and both food and drinks were reasonably priced. Pool area was very clean and well kept with very plenty of very comfortable sunbeds! Would definitely recommend this hotel as a great base to explore not only Lake Garda but also Milan, Venice and Verona.

We had a great stay at this hotel for 6 nights as our main stop on a family interrailing adventure. The staff were so friendly, especially the staff at reception and Erica at breakfast. We had a room facing the main road with 2 double beds. The pool area was nice and the bar served good drinks. The breakfast was good. We had dinner in the restaurant once but there weren't many vegetarian options. Ideal location for the train station and for exploring the area.
