I booked a double room with a sea view two months ago and was looking forward to our holiday. A deposit had been taken from my bank account, but I did not receive a confirmation of my booking. I had to ask for it via email. Pictures on their website looked amazing, but the reality was very different. The reception staff was the first disappointment. No smile, no hospitality. It did not change all the time, we felt like somebody who was not welcome. We booked a half board because we did not want to search for restaurants nearby. Breakfasts were poor, the same all seven days. Toast bread, two kinds of ham, one kind of cheese, sausages, scrambled eggs, and tomatoes. Sweet breakfast was various, very good croissants and other sweet cakes. Poor offer of fruit - apples, oranges, apricots, only twice a watermelon, no vegetables, only tomatoes. You could have only one coffee, the second one was paid for. The biggest disappointment - dinner. It was served in a restaurant nearby despite their claim that dinner is in their hotel restaurant (see their website). They also claim ”For everyone, soft drinks are unlimited using the beverages dispenser in the restaurant”. We had to pay for each drink, including water, and the beverage dispenser was available only during breakfast. We even had to visit a reception to pick up tickets for breakfast and dinner every day, which was humiliating in 2024. The room was small, but ok. Nice balcony, but there was nothing to hang wet clothes on. Fortunately, we brought a clothesline and pegs from home. The bathroom was old-fashioned, shower box was only for slim people. What was a pro, was a cleaning staff and air conditioner - it worked very well. In conclusion, we enjoyed our stay, but will not visit this hotel anymore.
