Relax con mia sorella in una bomboniera al centro di Pescara Grazie Riccardo tutto perfetto non ci è mancato nulla, anche la tranquillità della posizione del b&b. Camera confortevole, bagno magnifico, asciugamani profumati, tutto pulito . Tutto perfetto Abbiamo trovato tutti i confort Grazie grazie torneremo.

The location is excellent, the room clean and well equipped with electric kettle plus coffee machine and coffee, bar fridge and private bathroom. It was very quiet and clean. Good wifi and tv and phone reception. The host Riccardo was very accommodating and attentive to all needs (even dropping umbrellas off on the one day it threatened to rain) I found a parking place on the main street but didn’t move my car for the 6 days I was there as it was mostly fine weather and I walked everywhere. It is located within easy walking distance of the beach, city centre and railway station.

Ho soggiornato il 24/04 in questa struttura e non posso dire altro di aver fatto scelta migliore . Ottima posizione , a pochi passi dal mare e dal centro . Proprietario gentile e disponibile in tutto . Camera pulitissima con ogni tipo di comfort.

Sono stato a Pescara per un viaggio di lavoro programmato all'ultimo momento e ho alloggiato in questa splendida struttura a due passi dal mare e dal centro città. Le stanze sono nuovissime, sicure ed accoglienti: la pulizia degli ambienti è impeccabile, il servizio colazione e il beverage hanno soddisfatto altamente le mie aspettative, il letto è molto comodo e il bagno è pulitissimo. Ottimo il servizio wifi, al quale si può accedere facilmente scannerizzando un qr code, e Tv con servizio now tv, netflix e amazon prime. Il b&b si trova all'interno di una strada privata molto tranquilla e con un giardinetto privato davvero carino. Sono stato molto bene e lo consiglio vivamente. Ringrazio Riccardo per essere stato così gentile e disponibile visto la mia urgenza.

Ho soggiornato al B&B San Francesco per una trasferta lavorativa. La camera è molto accogliente e pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari quali: -Climatizzatore -Frigo bar ben fornito -Macchina del caffè -Svariati snack Il B&B è collocato in un ottima posizione, a pochissimi minuti a piedi sia dal mare che dal centro e l'host si è rivelato sempre molto simpatico e disponibile Consigliatissimo anche per coppie o per viaggi di svago

La camera è accogliente, moderna e pultissima, dotata di tutti i confort (macchinetta del caffè, frigobar, tv, wi-fi ecc). È inoltre presente un climatizzatore che permette di soggiornare in un ambiente sempre caldo. La posizione è strategica, vicinissima sia al centro che al mare.
