The hotel is not far from the beach, across a road. The front desk service is friendly, the surroundings are very quiet, and the breakfast is rich. It's my first time in this city. I feel very satisfied. I recommend staying here.

Spendo ancora qualche parola per questo hotel sul lungomare di Pescara. Sempre una conferma adesso hanno anche cambiato gestione e trovo l'hotel ringiovanito e con ristorante aperto a pranzo e cena. La nostra camera con una bella vista fronte mare. Colazione Intercontinentale abbondante. C'è un però, il parcheggio va prenotato ed è a pagamento.

Quando sono a Pescara non può mancare andare a dormire sullo splendido mare di Pescara e nello specifico Hotel Maja, sempre una conferma di garanzia. Dopo il cambio gestione è tutto un altro ambiente, personale giovane e sempre sorridente. Colazione super abbondante davvero per me ché giro abbastanza è difficile trovare questa colazione intercontinentale. Camera con vista dell'Adriatico spettacolare e sempre fresca grazie all'aria condizionata inclusa nella tariffa che non a tutti gli hotel e sempre scontato Insomma lo consiglio a chi vorrà soggiornare a Pescara

Der Fahrstuhl war in einer Woche 2 mal defekt und ist jeweils für mehrere Stunden ausgefallen (einmal vormittags bis abends, das zweite Mal von nachmittags bis nächsten Morgen gegen 10 Uhr). Die Hoteleigenen Liegen und Sonnenschirme kosteten zusätzlich 25€ pro Tag.

Ho trovato questo hotel notevolmente peggiorato con la nuova gestione. Prima di tutto fanno pagare ai clienti il parcheggio 11 euro al giorno... quando fuori costa 5 euro... poi ti fanno pagare anche l'ombrellone della spiaggia di fronte, quando prima era tutto compreso nel prezzo della stanza. Poi check-in alle 14:00 se ti dice bene e check-out alle 10:00 ma che orario è? Poi colazione in vacanza fino alle 10:00 di mattina un 4 stelle? Poi parliamo delle camere abbandonate a loro stesse? Pulizia poca, condizionatori che non funzionano e non rinfrescano, tende che non coprono dal sole, alle 5:00 se hai la stanza sul mare la tua stanza brilla di luce e non ti fa dormire. Il bagno sporco e vecchio, con le saponette per levarsi le mani (ma che siamo negli anni 70?) e poi per la doccia due mini bustine di shampoo-doccia che neanche ti rimettono il giorno dopo. Per concludere neanche la prima acqua è offerta, ti fanno pagare 2 euro a bottiglietta. Questo hotel non è un 4 stelle è peggiorato e non ci tornerò mai più. PESSIMO!!!!

My wife and I were booked for two nights. Room was hot. Told AC not available for another week and to open window. Room was near a spot light. With window opened bugs poured into room. Told desk clerk we wished to cancel second night. He said he would refund charges for both nights but did not do so. We paid the cost for two nights even though we stay only one miserable night.

Non credo che la struttura in se meriti quattro stelle, bagno striminzito, tappezzeria interna un po vetusta e mancano alcuni accorgimenti per aumentare il comfort degli occupanti. La camera comunque era molto pulita, dotata di balcone con vista sul mare. Molto pulite pure la hall e la sala adibita a ristorante. Ottima la colazione (dolce e salato) e buono il ristorante interno. Il personale tutto invece, merita cinque stelle.

Welcoming receptionists, helpful housekeepers, efficient waiters. Fish dinners excellent, breakfasts plentiful with something offered to suit anyone's taste. A sea view from our balcony. Good value for money - no complaints from us.
