I WAS IN PESCARA FOR THE 2024 WORLD SKATE GAMES FOR SPEED SKATING AND THE HOTEL WAS RIGHT AT THE HEART OF ALL THE EVENTS FOR THE WEEKEND RIGHT AT THE START FINISH LINE AND STAGE FOR CEREMONIES. THE STAFF AT THE DESK WAS VERY ACCOMIDATING AND HELPFUL TO OUR NEEDS. BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS. DINNER SERVICE AT THE RESTURANT ON THE TOP FLOOR HAD SLOW BAD SERVICE BUT THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. I RATE THIS SEPERATE FROM THE HOTEL. DEFINITELY WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

It’s not a 4 star hotel. The building is almost teared outside which will give you the impression of a structure that is soon to collapse! Although it has an excellent location, the overall interior of the hotel will give you a creepy vibe which requires a massive and immediate renovation. The reception area were full of mirrors that needs to be changed due to its preckled appearance. Even the staircases were dusty and common toilet is not so clean. The rooms are ok but outdated. Bedsheets are so far clean, and air conditioning works well. On and off wifi-connection and no restaurant at all. The reception is not so warm and pleasant. We don’t recommend it to avoid any disappointments. Those photos needs to be taken down until a proper renovation has been made. Definitely not worth your money

La posizione è ottima, e la terrazza ristorante offre una vista mozzafiato anche a chi non ha la camera affaccio mare. Detto questo è tutto un declino: vecchissima moquette per terra, di colore ormai indefinito, parati di stoffa parimenti vecchia, bagni anni 80, come minimo. Ascensori piccoli e coevi. Della bellezza dell'edificio Liberty resta l'esterno, fortemente ammalorato, ferri a vista, per intenderci. La reception e la hall sono asfittiche. Il prezzo è totalmente eccessivo rispetto all'offerta. Nota di merito la pulizia e la freschezza della biancheria, ma non ci tornerei mai per quella cifra (doppia 168 euro notte)

- Lage toll - Preis/Leistung naja - Personal sehr nett - Frühstück ein Witz. Für 10€/pers. ein Buffet in Bar nebenan. Zur Auswahl: Brötchen, Aufschnitt und Wasser. - Toilette nicht sauber, Lavabo sah gebastelt aus, eine Sonnenstore konnte man nicht schliessen, Zimmer sah überhaupt nicht wie auf den Bildern aus, flecke an der Wand - Im 5. Stock wird man Morgens von den Mitarbeitern auf der Dachterrasse geweckt durch Stühle und Tische welche umhergeschoben werden. Fazit: Wir kommen garantiert nicht mehr her.

Hotel sito di fronte al Lungomare che tuttavia non mi ha convinto; è sicuramente un edificio storico, imponente, che domina la piazza, ma il mobilio e i sanitari avrebbero bisogno di una severa rinfrescata. Prezzo pari a 120 euro a notte per una singola, con colazione esclusa. Personale molto cortese e professionale.

Great old hotel near the beach. The building has a lovely architecture which is typically Italian. Spacious room with a stone Juliet balcony overlooking the sea. Very central and 15 walk from the railway station. Great welcome from the Reception staff. We originally booked for one night but decided to extend our stay. If big TV screens and modern lines are your thing, this is not the hotel for you. We love the old and elegant atmosphere of the hotel, reminiscent of old times.
