Locale a piano terra, composto da 3 camere e una sala cucina comune. Stanza piccola la New York ma efficiente e curata nei minimi dettagli. Nel bagno anche le pattine e spazzolini usa e getta e non è scontato trovarli in altri b&b. Vicinanza dal mare a pochi minuti e dal centro una mezz'ora. Possibilità di parcheggio in struttura. Stanza fresca e insonorizzata, con l unico neo di un materasso troppo morbido. Consumo caffè nella cucina comune ad uso gratuito. Consigliato per un weekend.

Città con un bel lungomare attrezzato e alcuni tratti di spiaggia libera (purtroppo molto sporchi soprattutto dopo i bagordi notturni), bei negozi e ristoranti, centro pedonalizzato, ahimè città senza un centro storico antico, a differenza di quasi tutte le città italiane, molto anonimo. La salva il lungomare...comunque gradevole per un week end di mare.

Struttura nuova e molto curata. Stanza pulitissima, ciabatte in omaggio e kit di cortesia completo di tutto. Gentilissima la signora che ci ha accolti. Il B&B si trova fuori dal centro città ma con vicini ristoranti e supermercati. La spiaggia dista 800 metri e si può usufruire della convenzione con uno degli stabilimenti della zona al costo di 25€ per ombrellone e due lettini.

B&B nuovissimo, contemporaneo, funzionale e pulitissimo, dotato di domotica (tapparelle e luci) aria condizionata, TV satellitare, wifi, chiavi elettroniche, spazio esterno attrezzato e spazio comune con tavolo, microonde, frigo e macchinetta per il caffè. La signora che ci ha accolti è stata impagabile: disponibile, cordiale, attenta... Il mare è raggiungibile a piedi con una breve passeggiata, come pure bar, ristoranti, supermercati. Il B&B ha la convenzione con un lido: con €25 si può disporre di un ombrellone e due lettini riservati ad ogni stanza. Unico aspetto migliorabile: la colazione. È possibile consumarla, presentando un vaucher, in due bar. Noi abbiamo scelto un bar pasticceria con prodotti ottimi. Il vaucher comprende una bevanda calda ed una pasta...purtroppo solo di una fascia di prezzo specifico: se se ne desidera una di fascia di prezzo superiore, è necessaria un'integrazione ed è abbastanza antipatico, non per il denaro in sé, ma perchè già la colazione non è ricca. Tuttavia non abbasserò la mia votazione per questo, certa che, la proprietà saprà trovare una soluzione più soddisfacente.

Quando sono arrivato, sono stato accolto personalmente dal titolare che mi ha mostrato ogni cosa e dato in dotazione una tessera con cui poter aprire il cancello e la camera, senza bisogno di fastidiose chiavi. c'è un parcheggio riservato per gli ospiti del B&B accanto alla struttura. le camere sono dotate di ogni confort, tutte con altissimo livello di tecnologia e dotate di tv lcd con sky.. molto rifinite ed accoglienti. SUPER CONSIGLIATO.
