A fantastic hotel in the very center of Pescara. Right next to the bus stop (from the airport) and at the bus stop to other parts of the city and around Pescara. Very friendly atmosphere at the reception, tasty and plentiful breakfasts, two elevators, wide corridors, beautiful views from the windows on the upper floors. Entry via card. Also to the hotel at night. Very close to the center and the promenade with numerous restaurants. A great cafe opposite. The sea is 10-15 minutes walk. You can leave your luggage close to the reception. I recommend

Zero attention to customer needs.
I book a room at the lowest price, without a refund: my company decides to change the program for me, so I try to contact the structure, first via Trip.com, then directly via the official website, asking for the possibility of changing the booking, possibly paying also a surcharge or an increase.
I never even thought about asking for a refund, but I was honestly hoping for a compromise solution that would please everyone.
Answer: none.
I continued to send a change request per day for more than ten days, result: no response.
And to think that they could have earned something more from the same booking, while achieving customer satisfaction.
What will I and my company do from now on? We will simply never turn to the B&B chain again, since a customer also needs assistance, things can't always go smoothly, and when unexpected events happen it would also be professional and humane to at least respond, as well as polite.
