An excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the Stazione Centrale (if you are on foot) and even closer to the excellent promenade and beaches. Spacious, well furnished room with very efficient aircon, which is important in Summer. The host, Matteo, was perfect. He was in contact with me during my train journey from Bologna and on arrival gave me a lot of good local information about restaurants etc. He even understood my Italian (!) although I suspect he speaks extremely good English. I would definitely return if I am in Pescara again.

Siamo stati in questo b&b una sola notte ma siamo rimasti affascinati dalla cura dei dettagli, tutto pensato per far star bene l’ospite: dal cuscino in più al kit cortesia tutto al femminile contenente pettinino, rasoio, Lima per le unghie e salviettina struccante. Siamo stati accolti dai proprietari, persone squisite che ci hanno raccontato la loro passione per la musica e per l’arte. La colazione super!! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Location perfetta (in centro, a 5 minuti a piedi dal parcheggio della stazione, quindi anche dalla stazione stessa, a meno di 5 minuti dalla spiaggia, praticamente a un passo da piazza Salotto), palazzo moderno quindi c'è l'ascensore. Camere spaziose (materasso in memory comodissimo) con bagno nuovissimo (ottima la doccia, cosa rara nei B&B) e balcone. Arredi d'epoca molto graziosi, grande sala colazione/salotto dove chiacchierare con Matteo e Barbara che sono ospitali, preparati e molto ben organizzati (per esempio se dovete lasciare il bagaglio il giorno della partenza). Prezzo giusto. Avevo un po' paura del rumore serale dalla strada, ma le finestre proteggono bene. Super anche l'aria condizionata.
