È la seconda volta che soggiorno da Susanna, una donna davvero gentile e speciale. La camera è stupenda e comodissima, non manca davvero niente, anzi. Dovendo venire a Perugia spesso mi piacerebbe poter alloggiare sempre qui perché mi sento come a casa. Non cambierei nulla!

Il b&b è situato in zona residenziale molto silenziosa e tranquilla. La casa è bellissima, ordinata e pulita. Contrariamente a quanto letto in alcune recensioni, il wifi è molto veloce (200mbps) e non ho trovato alcuna rimanenza di ospiti precedenti. Letto comodissimo, meglio di quello di casa mia. Bagno pulitissimo e colazione super! La signora Susanna è stata disponibilissima, molto gentile e sorridente. Mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio fin da subito, riservandomi anche consigli su come muovermi a Perugia, cosa visitare ecc.. offrendomi la massima disponibilità e supporto per ogni richiesta. Consiglio questo b&b senza ombra di dubbio.

Abbiamo alloggiato qua una sola notte, i b&b è immerso nel verde in un posto moto bello e tranquillo, il personale è molto disponibile e cordiale. la camera molto bella, pulita e il letto molto comodo. Consigliato!

La struttura è nuova, grande, pulita, comoda con possibilità di parcheggio immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità dell' umbria. Possibile andare in centro anche con navetta senza usare l auto. Colazione fatta in casa stra-abbondante tutto buonissimo. Non mi dilungo sui dettagli "tecnici" ...perché diventano trascurabili rispetto all accoglienza dei proprietari. Al frassino si sta.proprio bene. Non so cosa si possa desidere.di più da una struttura ricettiva...
