Situated across from scenic and historic Valcour Island, this cottage is close to hiking, biking, kayaking, boating, climbing, and downtown Plattsburgh. Large shared backyard overlooking the water, with two firepits (complimentary firewood), and a community deck with bar and grill station. Valcour Island Marina is located on the lake just in front of the property, so if you own a boat, this is a convenient spot for you! (Slip sold separately through the marina). Peru Dock State Boat launch is just a 15 second drive down the road.
