Wer Ruhe und Entspannung braucht und sucht ist hier genau richtig. Der ganze Wellness Bereich ist nur zu empfehlen. Das Essen ist sehr reichlich und Abwechslungsreich Zur Jause werden die "Reste"vom Vorabend phantasievoll und sehr schmackhaft umgestaltet. Sehr gute Idee zur Essensverwertung

Wunderbarer und erholsamer Urlaub mit Freunden. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ein Erlebnis! Unsere Romantik-Suite war sehr gross. Ausgestattet mit einem Kachelofen, einer Sitzecke und einem Balkon und sehr viel Stauraum Die Wellnessanlage ist wunderbar und sehr grosszügig.

Vorab, die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter können nicht mehr getoppt werden, Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz strahlen alle aus. Da fühlt man sich sofort zu Hause. Es gibt den bekannten Spruch, der Fisch fängt am Kopf oben.., und hier trifft das auch zu aber umgekehrt, wenn es im Kopf oben stimmt dann stimmt es auch unten. Die Küche ist Sternen würdig. Die Infrastruktur ist in einem sehr guten, sauberen und gepflegtem Zustand. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Der Hauptgrund, dass wir das Kristall gebucht haben war, dass es ein Hotel nur für Erwachsene ist.

Es waren entspannte Tage mit wundervollen Massagen und hervorragenden Essen. Es liegt in einer Ruhige Lage . Drum rum gibt es einige Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen, ob Ski oder Langlauf sowie wandern. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Personal an der Rezeption versucht allen Wünschen gerecht zu werden. Zimmer waren sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel bei welchem das gesamte Paket stimmt: die Freundlichkeit des Personals, das Essen, der Wellnessbereich und die Zimmer. Wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne! Als Plus bietet auch die Umgebung vieles sei es als Naherholungsgebiet aber auch für sportliche Aktivitäten.

Wir waren heuer wieder vom 29. Sept. - 4. Oktober zum 10. Mal im Kristall und wurden wiederum auf höchstem Niveau verwöhnt. Besten Dank an Adi und sein gesamtes Team, das uns immer fröhlich und aufgestellt bediente. Es ist für uns jedes mal eine wirkliche Erholung und ein Genuss in diesem Hotel Urlaub zu machen. Sehr ruhiges Adults-Only Hotel mit sehr schönen Zimmern. Service wie imemr ausgezeichnet, Personal sehr freundlich, alles immer sauber und blitzblank. Essen sehr gut, riesiges Buffet und eine gute Weinkarte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Very good hotel with friendly people and a top kitchen-team which ensures high quality pampering. There is enough possibility to relax in the Wellness & Spa. The Karwendel Mountains around the hotel offer many opportunities for a long mountain walk.
