We booked my daughter in for a week, but found there was no mobile reception in her room which she required as on call at work. We made 3 calls over 12 hours to the hotel number asking for an upgrade to a room with reception (which we were prepared to pay for). Each time we were told they would get back to us, but there was no response by midday, the day following booking in so had to leave and find other accommodation. That afternoon, over 24 hours after checking in they came back to us agreeing that there was 'poor'reception' and offering an upgarde. We could not do that as had already moved but the hotel refused any refund. So....extremely poor customer service and lack of reception in some rooms which is totally unacceptable.
