Very helpful staff，clean bedroom and bathroom. However，the soundproofing is not good, and there will be clear footsteps at night.

Everything was fine and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Amenities for toiletries were a bit lacking so it's best to bring your own. Walls are quite thin so expect to be able to hear your neighbours the whole time.

Another great stay. Affordable and centrally located. Have stayed there before and will stay again.

The hotel lobby is beautiful, worthy of 5 stars. there are very handy automatic doors to help you navigate with luggage, the staff help with check-in plus new auto check-in machines to make the process quicker. Free apple juice was a nice touch after a long journey. The staff were excellent, very helpful and professional. Parking for the night at $20 was great and the parking lot is spacious. The rooms are very functional and comfortable with everything you need, plus clean and light. This hotel punches well above its star rating and we will definitely return.

Lovely hotel, nice food in the restaurant and great location, only downside is that the walls are thin and can here people next door talking clearly.

The walls were paper thin, because you could literally hear everything your neighbour was doing, even a sniffle could be heard coming from the next room. Otherwise a great hotel in the city for the price you're paying

We love staying here , everything is great but we stayed last night , they have a microwave In your room but no. Plates or cutlery and ice ! Hotels stopped doing ice when we were in covid time , can we bring back ice , some people like drinks with ice when they stay in a hotel , miss the ice 😁 Otherwise love this place !

We got a unit that says no window and since there is no other places with decent price and this is the only one that looks decently priced we tried for 1 night and we were very surprised with the outcome. It's nice and even without a window it's by far one of the most cleanest and nicest hotel we have stayed so far. It's right beside the car park and tucked away at a corner but that didn't bother us. We love it actually. It's also on ground floor so we didn't had to climb stairs or wait for lift. The check in was seamless with automatic check in. Amenities is great. Distance was a bit far from station but it's a good exercise and walk!

This hotel is beyond my expectations. There is a microwave and a bar fridge in the room. There are a few street parking spaces available just outside the hotel and it is free for overnight parking if you can find one. We will definitely be coming back to stay again.

My room faced the pathway leading to the car park and was very noisy with many people talking outside. Other services were very good, and I hope my room will be better one if I book again.

The walls between rooms are quite thin so you literally hear everything in adjacent rooms. Asked for toothpaste but the hotel does not supply. The room was quite clean and roomy, and good location.
