Overall the hotel is great! Will stay here if we’re going to Perth again!

Perfect. Great room for the three of us. Nice view and great amenities. Perfect pre-long haul flight to rest up.

Checked out two day, found out I lost my jacket in the room. Came back two days after checking out, the Asian guy with glasses at the reception wasn’t too interested to help me search for my lost jacket. I asked again one day later (3days after my check out) with an Indian guy at the reception and he found my jacket in the lost and found.

Good location and just right within the FTZ bus.

A bit old but still ok. Parking is AUD38 per day. Value for money stay

Excellent match for price and quality. Located in quite corner of CBD with many restaurants nearby.

I was told I would receive my bond back. It was a pleasant stay. Bond returned an taken. No explanation. 🤔

Hotel was clean but only afew power point works. Bed was ok for a short stay. Carpark was small,no good for a big car and wasn’t free even if u r a hotel guest.

Hotel was alright and in a good location, room was good and spacious, curtain was teared apart. We arrived late and tired at the hotel and the Front Office Manager (Ms. Upasana) informed us that that there was a 35 AUD per day of parking fees, which we were not aware. She was very rude and argumentative and clearly must have been tired too.. Gym was very good and with an amazing view

Very conveniently located and on site parking is a bonus. The bed is comfortable and there's a big selection of tv channels. Staff is as always super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately there was a bit of maintenance needed for the room, nothing major just a couple of light bulbs. The floor lamp was no longer adjustable and did no longer fill its function.

Great hotel in a fabulous location. Love that there is covered parking available. Only disappointment was breakfast being 7am when normally it’s 6am, and I’d booked 4 buffet breakfasts but we had to leave. Thankfully the lovely staff made a bag of fruit, water and pastry for us but definitely not the same.

Reasonable price for family stay and quite near to city.

The hotel has an aged charm, yet it's commendably clean. The staff are pleasant, and the gym facilities are great. While the concept of a relaxation room with a sea view is appealing, its design falls short due to poor ventilation and uncomfortable seating. The location is convenient, with a bus stop directly below the hotel.
