Kendi ailemle gittiğim Karadeniz turunda kalmayı seçtiğimiz otel yason blue oldu. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgililer. Odalar ***et temiz ve yeterli.sabah kahvaltı yorumlardan sonra düzeltildiğini düşünüyorum açık büfe vardı. Akşam yemeklerini restoranda yemek isterseniz fiyatlar ***et uygun ve porsiyonlar yeterliydi benim tatilimde güzel anılar biriktirdiğim bir yer oldu. Konumu harika. Restorandaki çalışanlarda çok ilgiliydi. Teşekkürler

Emplacement ok équipements ok... Gros bemol et déception sur le service : pas de possibilité d avoir une seconde clé... Sauf en payant (du jamais vu !) /chambre pour 4.. pas de draps pour ce lit nous avons du réclamer et faire nous même le lit... / arret de la clim le dernier soir et sans pouvoir intervenir(comlande verrouillée) / peu de plat accessible au restaurant (des manques reguliers) /petit déjeuners tres basique... Bref vrai problème de service et de certains personnels peu impliqués.. Dommage car l établissement merite mieux

Ordu gibi güzel bir şehirde böyle bir otelin olması çok hoşumuza gitmişti,odalar temiz personel ilgili ve güler yüzlü ama Restorant bölümü malesef sınıfta kaldı.Gittiğim en kötü otelde bile açık büfe kahvaltı vardı ama burada içerisinde parça parça sararmış kıvırcık parçaları olan bir kahvaltı tabağı geldi ürünlerin kalitesi düşüktü çay Karadeniz de nasıl bu kadar bulanık olur onu da anlamış değilim.Akşam sufle yedim muazzamdı usta formülü bulmuş.kısaca böyle bir otelin restoeant bölümü iyi değil üzgünüm

Odalar temiz çalışanlar güler yüzlü sadece restoran bölümü sakat kahvaltı tabağını kendilerine göre hazırlıyorlar..Akşam yemeğini otelin üst katında yedik ücretli yanliz biz pizza yedik usta pizza yapmasını beceremiyor..Sabah kahvaltısında önümüze gelen cay cok sakatti ordu gibi yerde çayın o şekilde olması yazik valla...
