Unit #1- Fully stocked kitchen. Sliding glass door to outside deck that has table and chairs. Outdoor grill on deck. Fire pit available upon request, firewood available at stand at road. Quiet setting. Silver Lake within walking distance via the public beach that has kayak docks to use (kayaks not provided). Letchworth State Park just minutes away. Parking for 2 vehicles. Towels and linens/sheets NOT provided. Added fee of $20 per night for pet. Over 2 adults will have a $20 per night charge. Parking for 2 cars. Code for the keyless entry will be sent via email 1-2 days prior to your arrival.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).Pet fee of $20 per night/pet. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for our needs. The hosts responded to all my questions quickly. The unit was just the right size and clean. We didn’t cook in the unit but everything we would have needed was there if we wanted to. We did enjoy cooking out on the grill and having a fire. We did buy a small fan for the bedroom to add more airflow because the ceiling fan was noisy on high. The temps were in the 90’s. The AC kept us comfortable in the livingroom & kitchen. We are planning on coming back and staying here again.

Perfect weekend get away!
Good stay! Home was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location-just minutes from Letchworth State Park and a short walk to the lake. Be sure to bring your own towels and bedding, as noted. A special bonus during our visit was the local Shakespeare in the Park performance ("Shake by the Lake"), which added a unique and memorable touch to our trip.

On the lake. Location was great. Only down fall. No air conditioning other than that, we would highly recommend.

Perry New York Amazing
This was a dreadful Rainy week. But the stay in our cozy cabin with some local outings was exactly what we needed!! This was a beautiful scenic spot with lots of local amenities! My wife and I were on our 4th anniversary and it turned out awesome thank you!

Very cute, quiet, relaxing
We were traveling to letchworth state park and found this property. Within 20 minutes to the park. The property was super simple, well kept, easy to find, the property owners are super responsive and pleasant to deal with. We plan on traveling to letchworth state park in the future and plan to stay here again!
